The two gentlemen that installed my garage doors were professional and precise. They installed my door in a timely manner. The customer service on the phone and in person was impeccable and I would highly recommend there service to family and friends.

We were having issues with our garage door not staying down so I called Forest Garage Doors to set up an appointment. The person I spoke with was able to get us on the books within a couple of days which was great. The technician, Mike, showed up right in the middle of the two hour window I was given, was able to find the issue and fix it in under an hour. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. I'd be happy to call them out again if the need arises.

Customer service was very helpful finding us the right door opener and scheduling the install. Technician was prompt, thorough and completed the install in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for any garage door needs and will be using their services going forward.

I had Forest Garage install a new door on Friday (4/8). Crew was on time, professional, and left a clean work area. Door is fit/sealed well. Recommended by a friend and I couldn't be more pleased.

Our garage door spring broke in winter time, we were having trouble opening the door. I email Forest Garage and 10 minutes later I got a call from them. Two hours later the technician(Chuck) replaced the springs and calibrated the door, rescuing us. Best service experience, they provided a couple of quotes options according to my budget and my needs. My dad bought parts at Forest Door many times and in he purchased in 1994 lift master that I have currently. The garage door wouldn't open when I returned home and I heard a loud crack of a noise when the door came down. I remembered the name my dad did business with and so I googled the name to see if forest door was still in business. Yes! So I called and got the next day service.

No one that I am aware of will come out the next day. When Chuch the Technician said I could replace the part or get a new lift. I went with replace. Chuch didn't leave until everything was in working order. Which is a plus. Thank you again Chuck and forest door. It was a Pleasure. I haven't seen that professionalism in a company in a long time. Had a garage door measurement and replacement. Forest door was communicative, leaving me voicemails when I was unavailable to chat to coordinate an arrival time for the installers. The price was fair enough. The new door, track, and opener appear to be of quality work.

Forest Garage Doors are truly pros at what they do. Bob converted two garage doors from the old fashioned extension springs to safe and reliable torsion spring setup. He brought all the proper supplies, equipment and tools to execute a perfect job. He also took the time to adjust the existing garage door openers and remove the excess slack in the chains and set the open and close limits.

I had a bit of an emergency with my overhead door not closing. I called the office and Jill was so sweet and helpful that I had a service tech on site within minutes. Bob was great. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue. I will definitely call them again if I need service and would recommend them to any one.

Chuck the repair petson was polite and answered all my questions. He completed the work and cleaned up what little mess there was and removed the broken parts. Our garage door tension wire snapped. As usual, we called Forest Doors. They came out the next day, fixed the problem, replaced the opposite wire (just in case), greased everything. Polite and efficient. I've been using Forest for many years, and have always received the same service. Hopefully they're around as long as I am.

My garage door lights wouldn't come on. The gal that answered the phone gave me several troubleshooting tips all of which I had tried. She then asked what type bulb I was using and when I told her it was one of those new LED types she said sometimes they didn't make contact. On one side all it took was tightening it more, but on the other side i had to replace it with an old style bulb. Now how nice was that? Saved me a service call.

This is the perfect place to go to if you need new garage doors, Bob ( the manager) will not only answer all your questions, without complaining about it, they will even give you suggestions and the best thing is, the price is very reasonable.

I needed. Garage door and I must say they were very helpful and pleasant. My purchase was quick easy and painless. One point is don't purchase at the last minute if you want something special. They have a nice selection. I am satisfied with my purchase. Prices were great.

I've need Forest's help twice and got fantastic service both times. Speedy response, punctual arrival, fair prices, and skilled work. First time I needed a new logic board and they had this very obscure part in stock and handy for pickup. Second time one of our tension springs snapped so Forest came to us. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were done replacing it in under an hour. I won't look anywhere else next time I have a garage-related need (which hopefully won't be for a while).

My daughter found this company on yelp. Our garage door stopped opening and closing and we needed to get it repaired. They came out and discovered the car was blocking the sensor and our door was perfectly fine. They did not charge us anything since nothing was broken even though they could have for coming out for the consultation. They conducted business with the highest level of honesty, integrity and professionalism.

We highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heart beat if we had a problem that needed to be fixed. I wish I could leave 10 stars. It's so hard to find a business with this level of customer service in today's kind of world. Thank you again.

Forest Door was recommended to me by my neighbor. We were having issues with the sensors on our garage, which made it difficult to close without holding down the button the entire time. I sent Forest Door an inquiry on Monday, and they responded very quickly, letting me know they could have someone out on Wednesday. They called to confirm on Tuesday, and gave me a 2 hour window, which is ALWAYS appreciated! Mike showed up on time, was polite and fixed the problem right away. It's always nice to have businesses be respectful of my time, and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks Forest Door!

I found Forest Door via Yelp and had read good reviews. I had my garage door installed Saturday (04/27/18) with the motor and I could not be more happy with the results. On time, professional, especially from Bob W and Bob (estimator). Definitely recommend. Installers a bit on the cold side but still very professional and efficient. They even kept their word on a price adjustment if a certain modification was not needed to the facade of the garage. A+

Our Townhouse had Forest Doors install all new doors some years back. This morning I called and said it only went up one panel and kept stopping. I called at 8:45 and they had a repair technician here by 10. I appreciate that they are pleasant on the phone and stand by their customers. I have to mention I am in the northern suburbs and we did research and every recommendation said go with Forest! I now know why we did! 100% recommend Forest Doors! Bob was great thank you!

Ok - so I called Forest Door this morning REALLY kinda paranoid, because someone stole my snowblower out of my garage and I totally believed I didn't leave it open, so now I'm thinking someone hacked my garage door open, but after speaking with Bob who was so kind and helpful at reassuring me that it's not that likely someone hacked my garage and there was just a strong chance the garage didn't close, like I thought it did (still bummer for me and my stolen snowblower).

In any event, I still wanted to be reassured that it couldn't happen and wanted to know if there was a security way to prevent hackers and he suggested reprogramming my remotes and told me I could do this from my unit. They charge $95 to come out and do it, but he offered to walk me through it over the phone. How kind and full of customer service was this!

Most businesses are in it to make money, no matter the cost or customer issue, but when you find a business that tells you " I hate to charge customers for something that's so simple and something they can do themselves" this let's me know what type of principle this business is built on and it also let me know they will be around for a long time and I will be right there with them giving them my money in the future if I ever need garage door services. Bob and this business made my day!

Forest Door provided mechanical adjustments to our garage door to remedy some closure issues. Easy scheduling and great service with some helpful tips for general self maintenance as well.

Just had my garage door repaired by Forest. Service repairman (Bob Steffel) was AWESOME! Extremely knowledgeable with my liftmaster door opener system. Had the issue diagnosed correctly within minutes of arriving and completed the repair a few minutes later. Highly recommend FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

Forest put up up my garage door years ago. Yesterday the door was acting weird when it didn't go up. So I unhooked it and manually brought it down. This morning it didn't go up at all. It was stuck. So I called and talked to a dispatcher who told me that a repair person would be to me between noon and two. Repair person arrived by one and got right to work. It's fixed!

And after all his work fixing the cable and putting it back where it belonged. Awesome that the company didn't try to upsell or fake the cable and spring needing replacement. Thanks for a job well done.

Called for a service call on Tuesday and they were out first thing Wednesday morning. The tech had to replace both extension springs and cables. He had the repair done in about an hour. Also adjusted the garage door opener. The door works perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the work done.

I've been using these guys since 2004 and my condo association has been using them before then. They always come out when they say they are going to come out. The work is always done quickly, correctly, and cleanly. They don't nickel and dime us like a lot of the other service companies. I have only ever paid the service call and parts. No travel costs.

No materials/supplies fees. No upsell. They provide maintenance service for four two-car garage doors annually. In the past, they have installed sensors and programmed new remotes. I plan to use them to replace an old garage door opener soon.
