This is a awful company, that take no responsibility for their work. I have a group of windows replaced in our home. They charge a lot yet don't include any form of weather stripping. And when they finally did add it after numerous back and forth. It was brass stripping that literally did nothing to keep the water out. Pathetic company and pathetic quality. There are far better companies out there.dont use them.

I have gut renovated three houses and worked with many contractors. This is the worst experience. First, almost two months delay in delivering the windows (ok, this might not be the owner Larry's fault, but the window company's, who knows). Second, the contract did not state which kind of glass the windows would be, but had some small print that glass type is sole responsibility of owner. Turned out that big picture windows were not tempered glass.

How would I even know that they will not be according to code if the sales order doesn't specify which glass? When I complained and complained, Larry finally agreed to replace the glass of one window--but not of the other ones. Third, I paid extra for weatherstripping the sash-only windows. They came out and added some rubber stripping, but there are still gaps between windows and sills, sometimes as much as a third of an inch. It will rain through these gaps. The old, 1920s windows closed better. Repeated calls and emails over weeks and weeks led to nothing.

Horrible. They replaced a French door in my den a few years ago. The plaster is all messed up around the frame and when I pointed it out to the owner he just simply didn't return my calls. I'm so upset and the older it gets - the worse it looks. Stay away.

Mission Millworks replaced 3 sets of double doors for us. Two of these are fine. For the other, they replaced an old, warped screen door with a new, warped screen door. Larry, the ownder, said that they would of course replace it, but that was last year, and the mosquitoes still have no trouble getting through.
