NOTICE: To all prospective future customers of Screen Bee. I implore you to look elsewhere for your screen replacement needs. The owner/service provider, Bruce Constantino is king sized A__HOLE or possibly off his meds. Either way you size it up folks. In spite of what seems to be some favorable reviews. Avoid, at all cost contacting Screen Bee for screens!

After several phone conversations I was sent a quote via mail and was also set up with a confirmed scheduled appointment 6/17/22 to do 22 windows and caster replacements for my sliding doors about a week and a half ago. I just happened to call today to make sure we were still in the loop for tomorrow and shockingly discovered that not only did they not have me down on their calendar for the installation.

But the screen/frame material that was supposed to be used(the finished I requested in previous conversations) was not available. To exacerbate matters even further, they didn't remember the location of my home which is in Glendale. Bruce kept saying: "don't you live in Burbank"? Astonishing! Especially in lieu of the fact that Bruce had put in two replacement half screens just a few months ago. Moving forward to this afternoon conversations with this rude and caustic "SCREEN JERK" and his forgetful momma, Annette(she does a simply awful impression of a office manager/sales rep/customer 'dis'service rep/receptionist!) In this last call without any provocation whatsoever, Brucie lashed out at me with a vicious tirade of expletives that would have made a battle-hardened Marine DI wimper!

Too scathing to print here. Basically cursing me out, screaming at me and informing me in his crude Neanderthal way, that he had spent too much time speaking with me about the upcoming project. Finally telling me to "lose his number"! Considered that done Brucie! Hopefully the consumers that read this review will do the same. There are too many companies who are not only competent out there.

But courteous as well. by the way. I'll be following this up with a formal complaint to the State Contractor's Board and BBB ASAP! Hope this was helpful. A.C. Glendale

First time I used them, my Wife's Aunts used them multiple times. Called and made an apt but had to re schedule due to a Dr appt. and they were very understanding. Today, 09 May 9, 2022 was my appt. Bruce called ahead of time and was there on time and they completed 18 screens, two of which are door size, in a very short time. VERY professional, gave options, and got things knocked out in short order.

I am capable of doing what they did, but between the back and forth to HD and the headache of doing what Screen Bee did, it is WELL worth the money and time saved using Screen Bee. HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again! Thanks!

Have 3 screens. It was determined then that I only needed to replace two. Service was on the spot and quick. They did an excellent job, and reasonably priced.

Excellent Serviced used Screen Bee 15 Year's ago Quality Work did a rescreen and replaced a Screen They were Fast Explained everything in detail and gave me a wonderful Screen so, pleased with the Service and the best part is They come to you. Try this service for Quality Work and cool prices it sure beats going to a Hardware store.

We had Screen Bee come out to screen 3 windows and 2 screen doors. Bruce and Ryan had them done in about an hour. Had I known how fast and reliable they were we would have called them a lot sooner. Pricing was good, they showed up on time, were very friendly, and did great quality work. Bruce was really honest and explained some things about what we thought we wanted but turns out we didn't actually need, including reusing an existing screen door frame.

That saved us some money which we really appreciate. If we ever need screens we'll definitely work with them again. We're so excited to be able to open windows and sliding glass doors to let some air in! Thanks, Bruce, Ryan & Screen Bee!

Hiring Screenmobile of Pasadena was one of my best decision the work they performed screening in my patio deck is very nice and worth every penny. No more flies or mosquitoes I can now really enjoy my summer sitting on my deck in peace with no bites im ecstatic I can actually laugh at the insects buzzing around outside now.

Bruce at Screen Bee is the best. Called a couple of places for some new screens and Screen Bee was the most responsive (earlier appointment time) and best priced. Bruce is straightforward, works quickly and delivers quality work. Had him come out originally for a large screen for a sliding door and he came up with a cheaper, better looking solution for the door.

Less than a month later, I had him back for two sets of French door screens. Again, quick delivery and all looks amazing. I will absolutely keep Screen Bee on speed dial for any repairs or new screens I might need in the future!

Excellent service! We requested a pet guard too and it looks and functions great! Reasonably priced and our screens were repaired quickly. We can once again open our sliding door to let in fresh air.

I had a couple doors that needed re-screening and another that would get stuck, I thought would need new wheels for it. When they came out they put the new screens on-site and did a great job. They took a look at the one getting stuck and just showed me where it was coming off the rails and fixed it with no charge. Their rates were much better than other places I called and they were extremely nice and professional.

I'm was disappointed today when the office said they have narrowed down their area of service; Azusa is not included. The office had no recommendations for my area. I've used Screen Bee in the past and had great! results. So, if you're in the "zone" choose this company, you won't be disappointed.
