They have a nice selection of Milgard windows and sliding doors, which are vinyl or fiberglass. I feel that although these windows are vinyl, their appearance is quite good in comparison with other window companies. I really enjoyed the information shared by the vendor and appreciate the openness and honesty about the actual time involved with ordering the windows and actual replacement, which could take 3 months from their Simi Valley company.

Rarely write reviews but it was impossible to get a quote. I called them requesting a quote on Feb 22nd. They told me to email them. I did. No confirmation. Followed up 2 days later. No response. Called them again, said they received and are working on it. Called 4 days later. Asked me to send floorplan. I did. No response. Each time I call, they said they got it but they never once called me or responded to my email.
A prospective customer comes in with a $30,000 order and they don't even bother? What the hell is wrong with them. Obviously I'm not going to bother with this company and you shouldn't either.
