I actually found Intex Windows on Yelp and based on the positive reviews, I gave them a call. Extremely happy that I did as the project turned out phenomenal! Shant was very responsive to every inquiry I made and the whole team.from Shant who owned the whole process, Luis who came out to measure / estimate, and the entire installation team.was very professional, courteous, and meticulous with the work. I would definitely recommend giving Intex a call if you're looking to upgrade & replace your windows.

We recently replaced our windows & doors. It was not an easy project but Shant & his team did an amazing job! They started and finished the project on time. Great customer service. Definitely will work with them in the future.

We requested a quote thru Yelp. Shant responded quickly with a reasonable price. And we decided to go with them. Shant was able to accommodate the window installation in a short time period. The installation team was very professional and organized. Shant also suggested to install exterior trims around the windows which added depth and style to the new windows. Overall, it was a great experience.

Highly recommend using Intex! They just replaced all the windows in my house and it looks fantastic. Hardest part was getting the windows (delayed due to Covid) but otherwise was installed same day. Great team of guys and best pricing in the LA area. Also manufacturer authorized dealer which is very important for warrant and such. Look forward to dealing with them on future remodeling projects!

I have Milgard windows in my house and some of the parts are starting to rot, so I called the local Milgard dealer Intex windows. He was very rude and short, saying we only install windows and you should contact Milgard. He is a Milgard representative and someone with good service would see how he can help and not blow someone off. If his installation is anything like his service, I would be worried.

My sister introduced Shant and his team to me and I have to say it was a very smooth and easy process. Shant showed up on time to look at what was needed. When the crew arrived a few weeks later, they were so professional and installed all the windows in the house in one day. They tried their best to accommodate me and keep the noise down, as I was on a 4-hour webinar in the afternoon. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and I am thrilled with my new windows. I highly recommend them as they are also very reasonably priced.

I just moved to the area and found this store online. Ara is knowledgeable, experienced, and patient enough to take care of my order. Total of 30+ windows, french doors and one huge pocket door. Installers aren't perfect, but Ara is the best and most reliable sub contractor I have ever used. Will bring more businesses to here for sure.

Wonderful experience with Shant and his team. Through the initial consultation, Shant provided helpful guidance on the (window) product options and gave me a very good sense of what to expect with regard to the installation. My project was a bit more involved and expected to take 3-4 days, due to the fact that I needed new construction (not retrofit).

While other companies were persuading me to settle for retrofit - mainly to attract me with a lower project cost - Shant gave me an honest assessment of the condition of the stucco on my house and explained the long-term benefits of new construction. I'm so thankful that I listened to him and now have the peace of mind knowing that the job was done the right way.

As for the work crew (Daniel, Jaime, Saul), they were timely, reliable, and kept me in the loop through the entirety of the project. The quality of their workmanship was not only evident to me but was even noticed by the professionals I hired to install new window treatments (blinds) afterwards. Big thanks to Intex for a job well done! The new Milgard windows are a MAJOR improvement to what I previously had, and I have the satisfaction of knowing that they'll last me for many years to come.

I'm confused by the positive reviews on yelp. I went to INTEX's office on a thursday and spoke to Shant about replacing 20 Windows in my 6 unit apartment building, which was only 5 miles from their office. He told me he would go look at the building the next day and call me to recommend the type of window replacement. When I didn't hear from him I called him on Tuesday and asked if he had a chance to look at the building. He told me he would look at it on Wednesday and get back to me. I never heard from him again. What manner of business model is this?

I used them to replace 4 windows in my house They are very nice and easy going people, their customer service is perfect and their installation crew did awesome Job. They are very transparent with their business, you know what you get, when you get it, and you know you get it done perfectly. They also follow up to make sure customer is %100 satisfied with their job done.

I recently sold my house, and while I was still living there, waiting for my new home to be ready, the new owners had Intex install all new windows throughout. Bear in mind I was living there and working from my home at the time. I was on conference calls and taking over rooms they were working on. Jose and Angel were the most professional, respectful, QUIET installers I've ever seen in years of home improvement.

They also somehow managed to replace entire window frames on a 95 year old house without making any mess inside and while preserving the old facade. They were able to replace windows in the room I was working in without even disrupting my conference call. And of course, there's the quality of the windows. Everything is quieter now. They slide perfectly.

They got the frames just right despite the "interesting" state of the existing building. On top of all this, I'm told the price was very low. I am incredibly impressed with them and can not recommend them highly enough. Professional crew and great quality.
