I am very happy i did make the call, honestly this is the way customer service should be (specially nowadays everything is so crazy) I needed glass top for my coffee table made the call, Harley was very helpful and made it everything so easy, I am very happy w/service, w/my order and the price, I highly recommend it. Extremely Rude! Called for a job and he said I was wasting his time. Who does that or says that to a new customer?

This man did an ok job however he did not check his price with me before completing the work. I called him to come to the job and went through all aspects of the work with him BUT - He claimed he asked someone who was sitting in my home if the price was ok despite having zero interaction with this person in booking or discussing the job. When I questioned his $200 labor for one hour work he said it was ok because I am a woman and he said he discussed it with the man of the house.

This man he apparently discussed price with has no say what happens in my house and had no interaction with any aspect of the job. He treats women as second class citizens, he over charges for labor, he is unprofessional, clumsy and comes without a simple dustpan and brush. The only reason I paid him is to never see him again. This man is a disgrace to society.

Harley is such a great genuine guy and my glass was cut, beautiful and ready in a timely manner. Thanks again!

We broke our vanity mirror, and instead of 7 years bad luck, I found Harley. He cut and installed flawlessly, in one day, and for a fraction of the cost of replacing the thing. Thanks Harley for doing the small jobs as well as the big ones.

I ordered a glass table top from Tobin and they delivered it when only my wife was home. When I saw the photos that she sent I thought that it had been cut to the wrong size but before I could even look up his number he called me to say he thought there had been a problem. he noticed that the factory had cut the glass wrong and he had already ordered a new piece at the correct size. Within 2 days he had the new piece installed and it looks perfect. Every interaction was friendly and professional - definitely a great business if you need custom glass.

Probably one of the nicest person you will ever meet. Master craftsman. Very honest and does not try to up sale when you don't need it. Really a pleasure.

The owner Harley came out and put a $900 shower door in. In the process he stripped all of the screws holding the door to the glass and put several of the screws holding the hinge to the wall in crooked. I called him out to take a look and he basically said he wouldnt fix the stripped screws and made a feeble attempt at repairing the crooked ones. If you want a shower door that looks like a monkey installed it then call on Tobin Glass in Burbank. I would never refer them to anyone that I liked.

What a complete and TOTAL RIP OFF! Harley came out to put a new seal on my shower door. $130 for labor and parts. 6 months later the part comes off and I call to see what can be done. Harley came back out and basically said it was too bad. but he had extra parts in his truck from another job. perfect.another $130. FOR LABOR. This new part didn't work.so again I called. he recommended a new special seal. his cost is $80. he would buy it for me but wouldn't cut or install. Fine.

I just want my frameless shower not to leak.fast forward 2 months later, no calls (I called him, and the part is on order.according to Harley) I found the part for $20. and did it myself.

I called Tobin Glass & Mirror to repair my shower door that was sagging to the point it wouldn't close. The owner, Harley Tobin, gave me an estimate for his labor on the phone so there was no surprise when he arrived (his price was very fair by the way). Harley came out and did the repair himself the next morning. He arrived promptly on time and was brought a moving blanket to protect the tile while he worked.

He is definitely knowledgable and experienced, but I was very impressed with his honesty to suggest a minor maintenance item I easily could do myself rather than charging for his time to do it. I will certainly call him next time I need glass or mirror work.

I called Tobin Glass at 1:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon, after almost giving up hope that I would find anyone who could replace our broken window. We were concerned that we would have to spend all weekend at home for fear that someone might come in through the broken window. However, Tobin Glass was able to assist and we had the window fixed by 4:30. We were very pleased. The owner is very easy going, honest, and comfortable to have in your house for several hours. Glad I found him.

After doing an excellent job of installing a mirrored backsplash in my daughter's condo, I contracted Tobin Glass to install all the mirrors and shower doors in my home remodel - three bathrooms worth. What a fabulous job Harley (the owner) did! He is reliable, honest, gives great advice and a general-all-round nice guy. His prices are competitive and his work exemplary. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
