C & C Window & Door Company, Inc. has been a family owned business for over 20 years. Originally a two-person operation in 1997, C & C Window & Door now has over 30 employees and continues to grow. We currently serve many builders spanning over a dozen counties in Central Florida. Our sales staff has over fifty years of combined experience in the window business.

Absolutely horrible service. You walk into their business and nobody looks like they want to be there Or give you the time of day. I called them several times for a quote for around 20 windows and they just will not get back to you. Mike is one of their sales people and is very unresponsive to calls or emails. Stay away!

Pretty horrible customer service. They installed the wrong type of window beading on the exterior portion of my windows (a non uv resistant vinyl material), and now they're refusing to replace them-even after admitting to installing the wrong type of material. They state that it's my fault that they've all warped to the point where they had either completely fallen out of the window or were hanging there by a thread and had to be removed.
Some of which were blocking the window track preventing me from opening my window. When the tech came out, straight away he accused me of forcefully pulling them out, and after I explained that that wasn't the case, he implied that I was a liar, stormed off back to his truck and left. Not a care or concern all. This company doesn't stand behind their work and will for any excuse to get out of honoring the warranty.
