Terrible company. Extremely rude interaction over the phone with the lady who answers it as she hung up on me. Secondly, they expect you to measure your own room for a quote! What kind of professional company is this? Horrible customer service. I don't care if you've been in business for 30 years, I've never been treated so rudely by a business to get a quote and I will spread the word!
