Genie Of Clearwater

Have been using Genie of Clearwater since I bought the house. Always a positive experience and would recommend Genie of Clearwater to all those in need of garage door service(s) and/or garage door needs. Had Jay out today to address a belt. Jay was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns. Kudos to Jay, very helpful and very conscientious of his work.

I would take a guy like Jay on my team any day. Overall. Great experience! From scheduling with Diane, to her calls to let me know when the technician (Jay) would be arriving to the excellent speedy repair on the unit. I will call Genie of Clearwater again and will be sure to recommend to anyone who will listen. Keep up the great work. Wish more ran their business like Genie of Clearwater!

I normally don't write reviews but because I've grown tired of bad service, incomplete service, or poor customer service I decided to write this review. Genie of Clearwater is the BEST as far as customer service and service. They get back to you when they say they will and they do this with the best phone manners I have had in a very long time. They keep you informed as they say they will and they do the job they were sent to do. I couldn't be happier.

I wanted a door opener but it wouldn't fit. They replaced the springs greased the rollers and now the door can be opened with one finger WOW. Good service all the way around from initial phone call to completion of the job. Would hire them again in a heart beat.

My experience with Genie of Clearwater stated in 1999. At that point the internet was in it's infancy. I had done research for different garage door manufacturers and garage door openers manufacturers. THEN I researched who sold them locally and final selection was based on price. Genie of Clearwater was my final decision. In 2005 my father was in need of new garage door.

I gave him a complete list of items and genie of Clearwater phone #. Well. He went with a different Company. He down graded many of his options. They installed EXACTLY what he order, and did a "fine" job. Now my wife and I are arranging to move into Dad's home. I was looking at different options and upgrades to Dad's system. I called several companies for prices (wall mounted opener), Quess what Genie of Clearwater was the best! Jeff the rep came out to review our wants.

He stated the best phrase ever, "I will have to get with the manufacturer to see what the limits are" Bingo for me! He didn't assume he knew the answer one way or another. With the history of working with engineers over the years, this was THE BEST thing to say for someone like me. Looking forward to reviewing details for the upcoming results!

I have been using Genie of Clearwater since 1996. These guys and gals are very professional in their craft. Over the years I have had them replace springs, cables and a new hurricane rated garage door and opener. When Irma came blowing through a few years ago, the garage door didn't budge, due to a professional install. Just recently I had a banging noise coming from my opener when the door started to move.

Come to find out my belt had some missing grooves on the belt. The technician diagnosed before arriving and had the belt replaced within an hour. Best news, it was just under warranty so the belt was free! Only paid for the labor, which was well under $100. Genie of Clearwater has and still is very responsive and accommodating to their customers needs.

If you are looking for a garage door company, Genie of Clearwater should be your top choice. My garage door is so quiet now when it opens I can't hear it opening. My black Labrador retriever doesn't even hear it opening anymore. Thank you Genie of Clearwater.

Great service used them many times for all my garage door needs

My garage door broke on a holiday. I left a message on their answering service. I received a call the next business day, just as they were opening. A service call was schedule for later that same morning. The customer service is excellent, the repairs were made efficiently and reasonably priced. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and continue to highly recommend this company.

They are very professional, the best in communication and service. Can't say enough good things about their staff and serviceman, Jeff. They installed my garage door in 2013 and used them recently to service and balance the garage door. Their office called when the service person was on his way, so i knew exactly when to expect him. Great service!

Met with Brian and he helped us get the right door and opener for our needs and budget. They kept us informed and the installation went very smooth. This door is so much nicer and quieter than my old door.

Needed the Springs replaced on my garage door. From start to finish they are great. Great customer service from the phone call, on time arrival, and work. Prices are reasonable and Jeff who did the work was great!

Excellent Service. My genie garage opener for 19 yrs has stop working and needed to replace with a new one. I have only one brand of choice which is Genie that lasted me for almost 20yrs and proven reliable and durable. Genie of Clearwater crews are all very friendly and professional starting from Diane who answers the phone and set an appointment to the two guys that installed my new garage opener.

My new garage door opener is so quiet 10x compared to my old broken screw drive opener. After they installed my garage opener they explained to me everything about the new opener and also they exceeded there service by also programming my 2 cars who has built in garage opener. Very polite and professional service people! Especially Diana who answers the phone and schedules the emergency door repair & install! To the prompt service from the Repairman on the initial visit to the Technicians on the replacement door installation! I couldn't be any happier!

Super friendly, fast and reasonable pricing. Jeff know almost instantly what the issue probably was, fixed it quickly without over charging. I picked them based on reviews and now I would recommend them.
