Our large Showroom is designed to help you with your new window treatment project from start to finish! Years of experience, sample books and paint swatches allow our Sales Specialists to assist you with color, style, and design for all of your custom window treatment and budget needs.

I put off getting blinds in my new house for a few months in my new house because I didn't want to deal with the process. But instant verticals made it so easy! I wish I had done it sooner. Their show room is great and has a lot of things set up so it's easy to choose from. Everyone alone the way was so helpful and nice. Install was quick and easy! They were a little pricey but we'll worth it because they look great and it was a stress free experience for me!

We needed to have our Hunter Douglas Duette blind repaired. I reached out to HD to ask where we should go to do this and they recommended Instant Verticals. From start to finish the process was seamless, the customer service was fantastic and the repair -- was covered! Under HD lifetime warranty, the work was guaranteed - can't beat that! This company is fabulous, they tell you what they'll do and they do it (one week repair estimate -- ended up coming in sooner than seven days!).
Their phone concierge, Adele, was lovely on every interaction I had with her and provided - without asking - all the pertinent details for drop-off of my blind and pick up including the address / directions to get to them and the opening hours so I could build this into my wekely schedule. The salesman, Joseph, who I spoke with at drop off was knowledge and set my expectations for experience. I can't rate them high enough, this was an outstanding experience.

I had been looking for window treatments for my large bay window for some time. I had visited The Shade Store, Blinds to Go and Lowes but realized the staff were basically order takers and there was minimum customer service. I was referred to Instant Verticles by a colleague who gave them glowing reviews. From the moment you enter the store you know " it's the real deal." Friendly, responsive front desk staff, beautiful wall treatments and more sample books than I have ever seen.
The salesman Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, both at the store and when he came to measure. However the best part was how beautiful my shades and shutters look in my home. I had no idea what the right shade could do for a room. My front shutters are truly spectacular with three neighbors asking the name of the company I used. ( they have been up 3 days). The installation men were on time, clean friendly and wore masks. I couldn't be happier.

Top notch experience from a Top notch Company. Everything from the sales process, office staff, and the installation service was AMAZING. All true professionals. I found Instant Verticals online and used them on a large office project and had 100% success. They were on time and in budget. I used them again for two personal projects and had the same GREAT success. Mike was beyond honest throughout the sales process often times guiding me to less expensive solutions that were a better fit, that is what made me comfortable right away.
It is rare that you find a team of professionals that are organized and a pleasure to work with. If anyone is looking for Blinds, shades, or verticals Mike & the team have you covered. Recommended by a friend and I can see why. Having no idea what I wanted, I went to the showroom. Very nice and very clean with lots of samples. Able to see my options and the person (Mike) explained the pros and cons of so many products. Learned a lot and felt very comfortable with this company. I shopped other showrooms and went back after seeing the difference. Felt they really know what they are doing at Instant Verticals and their pricing is very good too. My blinds were installed a couple of weeks ago and I love them. Thanks!
