This is by far the worst company to work for. I was employed here for almost 5 years and when I left there was no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision. The managers are demeaning and ruthless. They do not hiring within the company. They bring people from other company's for higher roles when they could promote within. They do not offer 401k, and the vacation time allotted is horrible.
When I left the company refused to pay me due to some circumstances they thought where correct. I told them they where wrong and they disregarded everything I had to say. I ultimately had to file a complaint with DOL, BBB, and Osha. Finally I received and email a week later with them saying they made a mistake. no apology that they put me behind in my bills or anything. I repeat DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! This is a very toxic workplace!

I had a old rusted screen/security door that I wanted to reuse after replacing my front door. The QPC personnel were wonderfully helpful in picking the colors, picking up the door and frame and returning it in time to reinstall. The door looks wonderful, like new, but with the history of the house. I include pictures before and after.

Quality Powder Coating refinished my 20 year old, weathered, heavily pitted wrought iron lanai furniture in a lovely LUNA finish that hides the deep pitting in the wrought iron. I wish I had taken a before photo because the chairs were down to the bare silver metal. Now everything looks better than brand new. I have 4 table chairs, a chaise lounger and another chair with an ottoman.
During the sales order negotiations over the phone, the young lady recommended I choose one of the finishes that would hide any imperfections in the furniture. When they came to pick everything up, I was shown a large selection of colors and finishes. The man who picked up my furniture was very polite and patient while I made my selection. LUNA was my choice and I am very happy with it.
It took about six weeks. When the newly refinished furniture arrive, I was more than pleased. The furniture was secured on a trailer taking great care to protect each refinished piece. The man making the delivery brought the furniture to my lanai and set it exactly where I wanted it. He was very polite and addressed all my concerns regarding weather, wear and tear and cleaning of the new finish.
Now I just need to get new fabric for the cushions because the new finish makes them look so old and drab. I live in Bonita Springs Florida which is more than an hour south of Sarasota but I'm very glad I went with Quality Power Coating, Inc and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
