Craig came out to repair our broken garage door spring within a few hours. He was super quick, professional, thorough and friendly. Not only did he replace the spring but he lubed the hinges and spring, tightened the overhead, adjusted the emergency pull and realigned the garage door. He did an amazing job and we were super impressed. He was in and out in less then a half hour. We will always recommend them. Thanks Craig!

Had my second opener installed today from this company. The installer was very nice and helpful. Programed everything for me and was done in a little over and hour. Only company I will go to for my garage door needs. The door works so much better than the old opener I had.

Had a spring break on our double garage door. Came to fix it the same day, got everything working perfectly. Super friendly and would for sure hire them again!

A pair of nice gentlemen showed up as planned and they immediately tore into the opener on our door. It was LOUD due to wear. These guys replaced the worn sprocket parts, lubed, and checked everything on the door in about 1/2 hour. No part of the entire door system went unmaintained. This door operates as good as new and the whole system is now so quiet. You guys are yhe best!

Called with 3 doors that couldn't open or close after I moved the doors up to pour concrete. They came the same day and had them working better than they ever did.

Our garage door broke of course on a Friday at 4pm. I called to make an appointment for the next week to get it fixed. The person I talked to on the phone said he had a guy coming through from Brillion and he'd have him stop in. 30 minutes later the garage door was fixed! You just don't get service like this anymore! AMAZING service! I called this morning because one of the cables snapped last night and made the door come down crooked, warping the track on one of the sides. As a result, we couldn't even manually open up the garage. They were able to squeeze us in and were here and finished with the repair within 45 minutes of me placing the initial call! And at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommend!

I was experiencing 'phantom' opening of my garage door and was also having some issues with the door itself so wasn't sure if I should repair my existing garage door or replace it. I wasn't impressed with reviews of the garage door businesses in my area so contacted a window installer I trust and he highly recommended Freedom Overhead Doors. They were so helpful on the phone and offered to come to my home while in Manitowoc to do a commercial install thus saving me an additional charge.

They were honest ("fix the garage door it doesn't need replacing"), knowledgeable ("this age of door opener is known to have phantom operation issues and the only fix is to replace it"), more than fair, so understanding of my situation, and always kind! They quickly fixed my door's problems and later (after Chamberlain sent me a FREE opener to replace the 25 yr old defective one!) did an absolutely perfect install of my new opener.

We finally decided to replace our garage door. When I started looking around it was so depressing to see all the bad reviews and complaints out there. The price from a highly advertised company was around $3000! Then I called an independent guy.he came right over to talk to me, measured and gave me a quote. I texted him.we set up a date but he never showed.

My friend backed out of my garage door a month prior. Freedom Overhead installed our original door and then was chosen by the insurance company to replace it. They came out nice and early and had it installed so quickly. Two nice gentlemen who did what appears to be an excellent job. It's even noticeably quieter than the last one. I left a message after they were closed for the evening, And got a call the next business day at 7:03 AM. They were to my home within two hours of the initial phone call to repair my garage door spring that had broken. They offered a suggestion for both and also replaced the rubber molding at the bottom of the door, as a much needed suggestion. The communication was fantastic and the quality and timeliness of their work was great!

Amazing and fast professional service. Freedom Overhead Doors provided one of the best service experiences I've ever had. We had 3rd stall manual open garage door break off the tracks on a very cold winter day, couldn't open/close properly. This company came out same day, and got it fixed quickly. They even finished installing the electric opener I had started on previously but never completed. All very professionally done and reasonable price. Will definitely be my first call whenever I need garage door help again.
