Tri city glass was outstanding for friendliness; they are the nicest people. I took some parts for my shower in for repair and they fixed it immediately and then came to my house to reinstall it. The cost for all this was reasonable. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

I broke a full length mirror loading into my car after I bought it! Tri City was able to replace the mirror within a few days and you can't even tell it was broken! Great work!

Great place, fast service, while I waited for a complete windshield replacement. Just over an hour, much of the time was waiting for adhesive to cure. Much better pricing than Safelite. I do recommend.

We just had our front door replaced and I'm just blown away by the quality of work done! We had some pretty extensive water damage under the door- they went above and beyond to seal the brick (on our 2 story house!) and around the the door to make sure all the water problems are gone! The door is beautiful and they walked us through the process of picking out the new one with clarity and efficiency! Worth every penny! Thanks TriCity!

Customer service was friendly, they helped me load it into my van and provided some buffers. Overall the cut is great, everything was spot on with the exception of the length. It is about a half inch short. We didnt mind as we figured it was better to have to short of a piece of glass rather than a piece that is too long and over hangs. We are easy going people so we let it be and put the short end along the wall. If you are looking for an exact cut I suggest you measure the custom cut piece yourself before pickup.
