We just bought this house and the windows are from 1997. They are Marvin windows and are in excellent condition. Problem was I didn't know if they tilted for easy cleaning as there were no visible latches for tilting. We went to the showroom and spoke to Pam. She was very nice and said she would check and get back to me. A short time later she emailed me with the video on how to make my windows tilt in for cleaning. I'm planning an addition to the house and I'll be shopping there for the windows. Imagine the service if I actually buy something.
