Great quality windows done by professionals. It was so hot outside I felt badly for the men working but despite the heat they did a fantastic job. The style of window looks fantastic and it was way less expensive then their competition that had also previously done some work on our house a couple of years ago. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Packerland provided a wonderful experience from sales call to installation. Initial meeting was informative, no pressure and an honest price up front. No haggling or "checking with my manager " to get the quote that should be given the first time. Installation was flawless and mess free. Warranty provided is true warranty, not riddled with exceptions and prorations. We love the look and quality of our door and windows. We highly recommend Packerland!

He took the time to explain the products and stopped in to check on the installation to make sure we were satisfied. We put in 15 new windows as well as a large bay window & patio door almost one month ago now. From our first meeting, Jerry the owner was extremely friendly, patient, and thorough as we worked through the options. He did not pressure us at all or scare us into any certain type of purchase. Instead he laid all our options out and educated us into one of the better choices we've made - choosing Packerland!
The install was almost entirely painless. We never felt put out or in the way. The crew was kind and neat as they worked through a 2 day process. They wasted no time and we never felt like they were taking advantage of time or resources. We are especially impressed and thrilled with our patio door & bay window. They were big investments and the install & product are so far worth every penny! We can't wait to enjoy a full year (and more!) of these new windows to really experience in them in every season.
