Linda F, who was the service dispatcher I spoke to was very short and combative when asked why we had to either do a credit application or put a credit card on file for them to come do service on a almost $20,000 automatic door, that they installed 2 years ago (by check without terms). I asked her if we could just pay cash when the service is done, as we do not have a credit card on file, and she right away started repeating "no no no no no no no absolutely not." We will look for help elsewhere.
