I called mid-morning on the day we needed our spring replaced and they were able to come within a few hours! Mike M. was our tech and he was great with communication, got the job done and then explained some things about our opener. He even oiled our other one. They were at least $100 cheaper than the other place I called. Highly recommend! This was our second service by JW. Will call again!

Great experience. The technician arrived, listened attentively to my problem and began his evaluation. After analysis he offered multiple approaches to fixing the problem, quick, intermediate and long-term. I took the long-term solution, replacement of the old springs and was very pleased with the installation and new springs. My garage door works smoothly and is now worry free.

I highly recommend Joe Wilde for all of your garage door maintenance or installation. Last fall my wife and I had them replace our outdated door and tracks. The install team did a great job and cleaned up the entire job site before leaving our home. Last week we called in a service call when our door suddenly stopped working. They sent Michael, a service technician a day later.

He properly trouble shot the issue and provided a quick resolution. Mike assured us the service call was covered under warranty and no fee was due. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I'm happy we chose Joe Wilde.

The garage door torsion spring needed adjustment. This adjustment should be done by a person skilled in the technique needed and with proper tools. A torsion spring can have a lot of potential energy, so safety is a concern in making the adjustment. Excellent service was provided by the Joe Wilde technician, and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend this service provider which has been in business many years.

I agreed to the price, they installed it a couple days later and wow! It looks great! And better yet it's so smooth and quit. I called Joe Wilde when the spring on my door broke. They scheduled very quickly and gave me a call when they were on the way. The technician took the time to explain everything to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. He also was very thorough, looked it all over including the opener to make sure everything with the door would operate efficiently. Great, friendly service. Highly recommend!

About 31/2 months ago I took a fall carrying groceries into the house. My kids said you need a railing going up the three steps to the laundry room from the garage. They suggested building a 2X4 hand made contraption. I suggested calling Joe Wilde from their face book ad. The sales rep Zach Gavin came out shortly and measured the required height and angle needed and we looked at samples of material.

We chose the metal we wanted and the color that matched or door trim. It was installed in about six weeks which was sooner than they forecast with possible Covid delays. It is strong, good looking and gives us a real feeling of confidence. We are very pleased.

Mike 'Santa Claus' came over the other week to fix broken coils and springs on our garage door. I appreciated his quick run down at the end of the visit of what to look for to make sure the door is properly running/maintained. Everything is working great. Also appreciated him checking everything twice;

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, experienced technician. Service was quality. Technician took time to explain repairs and make sure all related parts were in working order. I was very please with the repair. I damage my door Friday night I call Joe wilde about 4:00PM the receptionist said that they will call me in the morning. Joe Wilde call at 7:30AM and said they will be there between 9 - 10AM. Mike arrived at 9:40 and started working and repair the door I was very satisfied with the repair. This is our second house and the third time that we've use Joe Wilde Company for garage door repairs. Our experience has been excellent so I haven't even had to consider anyone else. On all three occasions that we've called for repairs, Joe Wilde has been able to send someone the same day. All of the technicians have been friendly and reliable.

When I needed to reset my garage remote after one repair, I called and the person I spoke to on the phone helped me immediately. We've had to replace the springs on the garage doors at both of the houses we've owned, and the sensors in our current home. Joe Wilde has always advised us as to the options available for repair - both what they recommend and what is most economical, even if those weren't the same. I can't recommend this company enough for garage door repairs.

I have done business with Joe Wilde in the past with previous homes and they were outstanding! They haven't changed. I was able to get on their schedule that day due to a service cancellation. The customer rep was very pleasant and informed me the service tech would text when he was on his way. He called and gave me his ETA. Rick B introduced himself accessed the situation which was one of my torsion springs had broken.

He was able to get my new torsion springs installed promptly. I also asked Rick B to perform maintenance on the bearings rollers and adjust the opener, so that the door would open its proper travel. All in all the service on the garage door and Rick B's customer service skills were outstanding. I would highly recommend Joe Wilde Company to anyone!

I called yesterday, had an appointment today, got a text and phone call when they were 10-15 minutes away. They showed up, diagnosed the problem immediately and had the parts to fix it. They were also very nice. Definitely would call them again next time!

I am assuming my experience depends a lot on which tech I get. I needed a door adjusted that was not working correctly, it hadn't in a long time, we didn't use it much, but now needed it. I had tried a DIY first. I got same day service, he called when he was on his way, and was a bit early. He did a fine job and the door works great. He didn't complain about my DIY.

I previously had someone else look at it from a different company, he was there to replace an opener on a different door, and he could not get it and gave up. He just couldn't figure it out. I am very satisfied.

Our garage door stopped working. I called Joe Wilde Co, and had excellent service. Zach took my call, and initially tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He spent a decent amount of time trying to figure if it was a simple issue I could take care of, so I wouldn't have to pay for a service call. This was all him trying to save me money. Then, scheduled his repairman and let me know who to expect. Mike was great.

He was thorough and after he fixed the problem, he made sure our other door was fine. I only had to pay for an hour service call, but felt he made sure everything was in good working order, beyond what he was called out for. I highly recommend this company.

This is the 2nd time we've had them out to do work on our doors. I'd been putting off getting the ancient sensors replaced but my son finally destroyed one so I had no choice. They gave their hourly rate on the phone in advance which I appreciated. They were even available the day after Christmas. They charged a reasonable price, came out the very next day and even helped me get the homelink setup and working in my car.

They also gave me some good yearly maintenance tips. Last time I had some other guys out and felt kinda like I got hosed as they tried to sell me stuff I k EE I did t need. I feel very good about this experience.

My family has been doing business with Joe Wilde for as long as I can remember. The 1st time I saw a Wilde truck in the driveway, they came to fix the garage door after my brother drove mom's car through it. Well now almost 50 years later I had a Joe Wilde truck in my driveway, no I didn't drive the car through it, the came to put up my awning.

Two years ago I purchased a retractable awning from Wilde, and this year they modified it because we added to the house and it was to large for the new patio. It looks great, they even went the extra mile and trimmed the mounting broad in white aluminum to match the rest of the house. 5 stars to the Joe Wilde crew, from the help in the store to the over the top service. I have had spring replaced and had them out 2nd time to help cable off left coil. They are very professional, efficient and reasonable. I would definitely call them again!
