Established in 1968, CUstom Trim, Inc. is a family run operation. For 50 years, we have been offering installation as well as catering to the do-it-yourselfer. We don't want to overwhelm our customers with fancy talk or long sermons, we listen and help find the right solution for the customer - no matter the profit.
Broken Window Repairs are a low cost alternative to window replacement. We service all residential glass and commercial glass projects big or small! I recently replaced all my windows in my home. I had black fiberglass shutters. After they were removed you could obviously see the dirt marks next to my windows. My old shutters were 16 inches wide. The new standard for shutters is 15 inches wide. One inch of dirt showing was not acceptable. I like to buy local and Custom Trim came to my rescue. They had 161/2 inch wide shutters which solved my problem. They were super helpful and had my shutters ready in three days. Great people, excellent quality and I would highly recommend them. They do not deserve even one star. Warning! Warning! use this company at your own risk. I am a local business owner with years of experience hiring contractors. Unfortunately one of my contractors(that I have not hired since) hired this company to install my windows while I was out of the country. I could see outside around the frame when they finished. (This was in January)They measured wrong so the windows they put in were too small for the opening.
They just slapped them in anyway and the awnings would not work. Caulking looked like a small child had been allowed to play with the caulk. A year of them refusing to make it right even went to arbitration and they refused the judges orders. Final ended in court and they were forced to pay what I offered to settle for a year earlier. There are so many good companies out there why chose this incompetent one?
