Tim & Joyce are godsends! They installed these doors beautifully and professionally! They were on time, professional and friendly. They were also fast! They came early and was done by 1:30pm. I would give them a billion stars if I could. Tim & Joyce are amazing! I would definitely recommend See-Thru Doors and Windows to anyone that wants the absolute best in town! Randy, the sales manager was top notch too! Steve and Chris did a great job on the shower installation as well! Outstanding job guys and thanks again!

Our main bathroom had the tub and shower surround removed and replaced with an updated walk-in shower, with new fixtures, shelves and beautiful glass shower doors. The demolition and installation went smoothly and the completed project was A plus. An added bonus was the excellent workmanship and caring for our home by your employees during construction.

Before and after the bathroom remodel. They removing the old tub and installing new shower. Did a great job. Down to the studs then all new upgraded waterproof wall board, new water connections to the valve. We did the rest of the upgrade including new floor, fresh paint, new toilet, new sink and all new fixtures. We couldn't be happier.

I have no photos because. oh yes, I don't have a door more than a year later! Yup, that's right. I've called and I've spoken to a manager many months ago and still no door. I am now being told they were waiting for info for measurements and such from our home. No one has ever contacted us after the first measurement! I spoke to a manager last fall who assured me it was just a delay in shipment.

Now we hear from someone else that they were missing things for our order. Which is correct? Wouldn't that be nice to know. Maybe neither one. They take your time to present all their great ratings and BBB and then this. I would never recommend them to anyone after this. Been waiting on them since last March and they still cannot even tell me when the door will arrive.

And we weren't even in their radar as an outstanding issue when I called them today and had to do research for the third time. This is a very large investment for us and they have done nothing to alleviate concerns.

See-Thru Windows is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with (and I had six window companies come for an estimate). Their sales team and install team were incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive (Side note: They also did not pressure you into buying with the usual sales gimmicks other large companies I had come by attempt to do, which was really nice.) I had nine windows, two sliding doors, and an entry door installed.

All of their products (I went with the Vanguard line) are great quality, and were properly installed in a timely fashion. The install team -- Tim, Joyce and Collin -- were exceptionally professional and knew their stuff! All of the products were installed within two days, and I could not be more happier with the end results! They also kept the house clean as they went through the install procedures and took all the old stuff away!

The new products have already made such a huge difference in the past week; aesthetically and mechanically (the A/C unit has only had to turn on once the past two days, where with the old windows, it would run nearly 24hrs in any sort of weather). I am planning on going back to See-Thru for future projects and I've referred a few of my friends to them already. I certainly recommend them for your next window & door project, 110%!

The installers were very professional. They showed up when they said they would 3/23 and 3/24, put down covers on floor, took out old windows, and then replaced windows on 1st and 2nd floor and sliding door of my house. It took 2 days as planned and then cleaned areas when done. I will definitely use them for possible future renovations.

Ok so i wanted to change the doors for our home and as a 1st time home buyer i wanted estimates so i called these guys. They insisted my boyfriend and i both be home for someone to come out for a estimate. Which was odd, but ok whatever! We finally had time to so the rep Corey came out. Initially i thought A estimate took minutes not 2 hours. It was late my children had to eat dinner, but ok Whatever!

So towards the end he gave us two prices one for 11,000 thousand and one for 6/7 thousand. The 6/7 was contingent on us buying today. Which i did Not expect to be ambushed by that because The point of him coming out was just a estimate. Once i told Him I would like to shop around because I don't know anything about doors so, I'm not jumping right at the 1st thing but, thank you and if i decide You, I'll call you.

It seemed like he than became extra pushy. Corey insisted even when i asked Him to leave as it got close to 8 he continued on as if we owed him something. He also referred to my son as puppy. This was the most uncomfortable interaction. and because of him and his overly aggressiveness we have chosen a different route. It's unfortunate because we loved the quality just didn't want to feel pressured at 8:30 at night to buy doors and he couldn't understand.

They get two stars because at least the salesman shortened his presentation once we told him we were fed up with windows sales pitches. That was good, but he also lectured me on getting more than three quotes saying I was taking up salesmen time and that my brain would not be able to keep all the quotes separate. I told him I thought I could handle it.

He gave me a one-year, 30-day, and this day only quote which I told him I did not like. He seemed annoyed, and when I told him I would not sign today he left. When I said he could get home early now, he growled that he lived 90 minutes away. When I said drive safely, he grunted.

The entire staff is excellent! They do not subcontract out their work, which was a huge thing for me. They let us know and kept us informed of our install and order status the entire way. We even were surprised to get the call that we would be getting it over 1.5 months earlier than expected. It was an early Thanksgiving/Christmas present for my mother.

The staff is extremely professional and helpful! From the phone call to the office, our sales reps, and to the techs and to the installers, I want to personally thank the entire staff for keeping us informed along the way and giving my mother who is 83, peace of mind and a safe and easy way to take a shower. We had a Tub to Shower conversion installed with bars, seat bench, and a handle sprayer for my mother to use while showering. She is absolutely thrilled with her new shower. She loves using it. We all love it and use it!. I highly recommend this company-you will not be sorry you called!

After shopping around a bit, we decided to go with See-Thru Windows & Doors to replace a damaged sliding glass door. When you set up a consultation, the gentleman (I can't recall his name) gives you a full presentation of their glass products including durability, quality, and comparison to other companies. We worked with Carrie to schedule our installation and she was amazing--we had to reschedule multiple times for various reasons and she made it very simple to move our appointment.

On the day of installation, Tim arrived on time and did a quality job in just a couple of hours. We love our new door--it is a significant upgrade from the builder-grade door we had previously-- and will definitely use See-Thru Windows & Doors again! Very pleased!

My experience with See Thru Windows was great. I called them and got a same day appointment to come out and start an estimate. Mr. Perry was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I decided to get my two sliding glass doors replaced and add a storm door to the front door. The installers came and did an outstanding job during the installation. They were prompt, 15 minutes early, and ready to work. All traits that i love! The installation was great. They did quality work and the look of these doors are tremendous. I am updating my earlier review that conveyed both distress and disappointment that See-Thru windows would not honor their warranty and replace a defective window based on technicalities regarding the nature of the failure and the business history of its supplier. I am extremely happy to report that, after some discussion, See-Thru decided to stand behind the warranty and replace the defective window. That's a very good thing and I applaud See-Thru for ultimately correcting the situation. Given this, I would suggest that you can now count on this company to give good service and ensure that you will be a satisfied customer.

Now I never got the windows BUT heavy pressure with sales tactics. The salesman came to the house and he was nice and informed and nice demonstration. Then things went wrong. He stayed till just before eleven he had come 8 oclock. Told him i wanted to think about it quote for new patio door 4 thousand said if i didn't sign that day 30 day price was alot more and the one year price more than that. kept going outside on cell phone talking to whoever his manager was and kept insisting on putting something down as payment check, even asked for 5 dollars? as down I thanked him and said we need to think about it.

I really did want to do the work but that was serious money. It was fathers day weekend so i was out of town and got message from the manager saying they were running a fathers day special. after thinking over weekend i was willing to pay 30 day price and heard message and thought maybe could get the initial price? called this manager and he said his son was in town from service but he had my paperwork on his desk and would get back with me that was sunday. so by friday no call so i call back and get same manager who answers and to me it sounded like he pretended he was getting bad signal once he realized who i was and pretended to break up and then hang up. i was driving to the store thinking we would be talking and moving to installation. i laughed to myself cause it seemed like something out seinfeld, he didn't call back i guess thinking i was desperate and i turned my car around. ps one of the agreements in commitment to install was i had to write a recommendation for them on their website oh man they are SHADY!
