Do not do business with this company! He was late to EVERY appointment he came to or didn't show or call for others. I should have moved on when he was two hours late for the initial quote and a no show before that. When he finally came to install the glass shower door on a Saturday he didn't have the doorknob. He said he would return on Monday but told me not to use the shower until he returned. Didn't show or call that Monday. Called him and he said he'd come Wednesday at 7pm.
He didn't call or show. Called him, he said he'd come Friday at 9am. We called at 9:30 and he said he had to take his wife somewhere and he'd come at 1030. He showed at 1100. And they cracked the tile in my shower while installing the door. Avoid this clown.

I scheduled an appointment with them and no show no call the first time. Called them back and rescheduled and they were an hour and a half late after I called three times to confirm and make sure they were still coming. They provided a verbal quote which I felt was high but did not want to look for other companies. I called back to tell them I would like to move forward with the work, they said they would order the window.that was in July and have heard nothing since! I guess that business is booming ad they do not need the work! DO NOT USE THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
