Nice to do business with. Roger came out the same day within 45 minutes of me calling. He took one look at the inside of the garage door and knew what was wrong, which was totally different from what I thought it was. Fast friendly service and very reasonable price to fix garage door. I would use them again for sure and highly recommend them. I'll be calling them again to do a full replacement of the door probably within a year as it's 27 yrs old and a bit beat up.

We have used this company twice for different rental properties and have had very good experiences. Mary (scheduling) is friendly and accommodating and the technician we have worked with, Josh, does a great job, looks for ways to save the customer money and has a great personality. Our old garage door was wasn't working too well, especially on opening. Called Hoosier Overdoors, and were able to come and inspect the door out. Joshua explained that the door was needing to be replaced, and plus the door we had was not of a "great" standard. On receiving an estimate for a complete higher end garage door we were able to have our new door installed recently.
Will say, Hoosier Overdoor were of great help and very accomadating, especially ordering with Mary and installation with Joshua. Will add that the day they came out to install the garage door the weather was bitterly cold. Thank you guys both Joshua and Mary for getting the job done well. Ray & Nancy Gasiorowsk

I had an issue with a garage door that was installed while we had a new garage built by another company that would not stand by their error after 1 year. I called Hoosier Overdoors and was greeted by a friendly and professional person named Mary. Mary listened to my situation and was confident that they could assist me. Mary asked me to wait and was contacting a technician to reach out to me.
A few minuted later, Joshua called and would stop after work on his way home to see the issue. Joshua arrived and observed the issue and placed me on the next day service call. It was less than 24hrs. and Joshua arrived and fixed the issue and I was 100% satisfied. Their team was fantastic and quality of work was great. Thank you gain for listening and making things right.

Mary was very helpful with all my questions, and also for showing up on a short notice, roger was the technician he is very experienced and fixed the problem with my garage door opener in a short amount of time and very knowledgeable. There good people at hoosier overdoors. I will use this company again if needed, thank you all.

Avoid this place like the plague. The lady who runs the place for the registered owner (Don Bates) is named Mary. Rudest woman I have ever met. Grossly unprofessional. Talks over customers, blocks and evades attempts to talk with the owner. I got estimates for a new opener and installation from 3 company's. In the end they were more that $240 higher for the exact same Liftmaster opener.
I called back to cancel with Hoosier and wanted to tell the owner why I was cancelling and how an Illinois door company beat his price by a great deal. Mary refused to allow me to talk with the owner and said, "he works in another place not in this office, we run the business for him, I'm his sister we do not give out his number". She continued with, "if this is about the price take your business elsewhere".
I told her I already did but was giving the owner a chance to hear why I did not do business with him. She proceeded to talk over me again and then hung up. Basic common sense rules: 1. If the guard dog at the door won't let you speak to anyone, call another company. 2. If you can't speak to the owner, call another company. 3. If they are rude to you on the phone, call another company. 4.
If they feel so important that they talk over you, call another company. Bob's Overhead Garage Door Service was able to come out sooner, had a much lower price for the same equipment, was not rude and nasty over the phone and the owner is Bob and he installed my new opener.
