Arizona Shower Door-Illinois

Set up through Lowes and never heard anything. I called and got this number as their subcontractor and left a message. After a week I never heard from them. I cancelled the order through Lowes, what a joke and waste of my time! Would give zero stars if possible!

Would give 0 our of 5 if possible. They were supposed to install a shower door I purchased through Lowes. The first time they came out they told us our walls were not aligned properly for the door to fit. We fixed the walls and asked them to come back out to check to see if the door would fit now. First gripe is the unavailability of this company.

Apparently they only schedule certain days in certain parts and if you can't make that day work, you have to wait another week. They came out and said they had already been here and left without notice. Apparently there wasn't even an appointment scheduled which is weird since why did they pull up to our house? Called and was told it would be another week until they could make it back out.

My wife and I both work from 8am to 4pm and these times did not work for the company. I asked if they could come around 7 and was told the parts store does not open until 7:30 (why not get the parts the night before?). Was then asked if I could just leave the backdoor unlocked so they could come in while we weren't home and do the measurements. That was the last straw.

I should not have to bend over backwards and rearrange my work schedule for the convenience of a company. Called Lowes to leave a complaint and ask them to reach out to the company. They did and received no reply. I tried calling several times and it ALWAYS goes to voicemail. It has not been close to two weeks since I should have received a reply and I have received nothing. TLDR: I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs work done that has a limited schedule. If you want work done in a time sensitive manner, look elsewhere.

Very rude customer service on two occassions. Dissapointing.

The prices for semiframeless shower doors are a joke. For the same amount I can get a Eurostyle or frameless shower door someplace else like Truelite. Pretty sad used to be a good companie, reliable, good service and fair prices. Now is garbage.

My husband is a general contractor and has done a lot of business with Arizona Shower doors. While they do have a good product their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Arlene is highly irresponsible and promises to call back but never does. If you are lucky enough to get Janet, she will return your call. It is a bit frustrating as we are trying to run our own business and when we are promised product and it does not come in on time it hurts our customers and makes it hard to meet deadlines.

They had everything ready to pick up. Jeff helped me load them he did a great job super nice and friendly. Thnk you so much

Just a counter to people leaving bad reviews for the company because they didn't get hired or claim they weren't paid. Kind of a dumb thing to do first off, seeing as this isn't glassdoor and it should be people who use their services to review them. I worked for Arizona for about a year as a driver and it was a great experience. Everyone was cool, I was treated fine, never had a problem getting paid, and the only reason I left was because I moved out of state. If I were back in SLC I'd go back to them in a heartbeat.

My experience with Arizona Shower Door was great, mostly due to Tulio. This is a great employee! He went above and beyond to work with my schedule. He was always kind and professional, calling to keep in touch, letting me know if anything had changed. I can't speak for everybody at this company, but I can speak for Tulio, and would have no hesitation using him again. Ask for Tulio!

Seriously the best customer service out there love getting my shower doors from these people they make it quick and easy they are all fantastic and nice

I'm very disappointment in my experience with Arizona Shower Door. I previously had my shower done by Lowe's. There were some problems with the installation (leaking and failing shower pan) and because of that, the entire shower had to be redone. I had the contractor set my door aside to be reinstalled. I scheduled an appointment for my shower to be measured and the door reinstalled by ASD.

They sent out two gentlemen to take the measurements and discuss with me if it would fit. They said it may have a bit more of a gap than before but shouldn't be a problem. I was told the hardware would be ordered (takes about a week) and they would call to schedule an appointment to reinstall. Two weeks later no call. I left two voicemails with no call back.

When I called the third time, I got the receptionist. She informed me it was never ordered and that they are having a hard time finding anything that would fill the gap. She also said they never measured the opening. ( I was there and they did several times) she said she would sent over a whole new quote to Lowe's so I can purchase a new door. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Here I am waiting thinking this door have is any day going to be installed and they are working on a bid for a whole new door. This company sees nothing wrong with billing me for that. I realize I am the one that changed the deminsions but with the conversation I had with the installers they said it wouldn't be a problem. I will NOT be going with them again and do not recommend their services to anyone.

They do not know their products or measurements enough to give you an honest answer. I feel deceived by them and they do not seem to care about informing their customers at all.

After a nightmare experience of having my master tile redone in my shower, I was informed I had to get someone else to re hang my shower door. I called several companies and they wouldn't even talk to me if it wasn't their product. I was also informed that I may need to just get a whole new shower door, which would have cost me easily $1,000 plus.

I landed upon this company and immediately I was treated differently. The girl who I spoke with understood my frustration and the urgency. She got a guy to come out and he was here in less than an hour. When Troy got here, he assessed the situation. He easily could have sold me a whole new door, I was pretty sure mine wouldn't work with the new tile. But he said he could easily make it work. Not only that, he did it on the spot. His honesty saved me so much money and I am thrilled with the quality of this install.

Ordered shower surround on 4/28/14, damaged first time, sent incorrect size next. After install, product, does not match catalog picture. We ordered the semi frameless shower door on 4/28/2014, it took 80 days to receive the product after receiving a broken door the first time, then 3 1/2 weeks later they sent the wrong size, it to had to be reordered.

We confirmed that the vendor ordered the correct size, but Arizona Shower Door cut it incorrectly the second time. Once we received the correct piece, and after the installation, we called because the installed fixture did not match the catalog picture. The center piece by the door is far far thicker on the one installed than in the picture. I sent them pictures of the installed unit and they told me it was the same unit in the catalog, it was just the angle the catalog picture was taken.

The installed unit looks just like the one we just removed, there is no way we would have chosen this one but for the picture in the catalog. They seemed very unconcerned that we just paid lots of money for a shower surround that looks just like one we demolished. This was not an upgrade by any stretch of the imagination. Would never recommend them nor use them again!
