We've had Joe replace two shower doors. they are excellent quality doors and his prices were reasonable! Install for both doors was quick and easy and professional.

Nice work. Windows look great and are very quiet compared to our older duel lane windows. Very professional workers. Drop cloth placed on carpet and even so the carpet was vacuumed. Four windows were installed in about four hours. Couldn't ask for better work.

I have had windows and doors installed by other companies in the past and I was always left feeling taken advantage of. When joe came over and took a look at our new house he had some amazing ideas that actually made sense aesthetically and monetarily. Joe didn't try to sell us the most expensive windows he advised us of the best option that would ultimately save us money and also look amazing. Joe and the Pros live up to their name. They replaced all my windows, patio sliders and the garden window quick, efficiently and affordably. Who can ask for more! Love this guy. Had Joe come and replace a French door for me and he was excellent. Very professional, yet totally personable. Had a nice guy helping him. These reviews all brag about how responsive this company is but that was not my experience. I called twice, left a message and even emailed and no response.

Joe came out to replace a broken glass shower door. He was able to make suggestions so that we only paid less than half what we had been quoted by another company. His work is very good/thorough, and he is a great guy to work with. We will definitely call him for any other glass, window, or door work we need in the future. I would highly recommend him to friends.

Will add my words of praise to the other reviewers speaking highly of Joe Osbron and WindowPros. We had a broken Milgard brand double pane window needing replacement (both panes were broken as a result of a burglary). Milgard recommended two names. One made a trip out of his way (Santa Clarita) to measure and call in the order for replacement glass, while the other (WLA local) never even called back. I'll let you guess who provided the superior service. ok, ok, it was Joe!

If his excellent communication, follow through, and workmanship weren't enough, he's just flat out a very likable person you feel you can trust. Will recommend Joe to anyone needing window repair service.

During our consultation, he spent a good deal of time with us to figure out what we really wanted. The windows arrived exactly when he said they would. On our installation days, he and his crew showed up promptly at the scheduled time.

They left our property cleaner than they actually found it, and there was no trace of them when they left except for our beautiful brand new windows! They were careful and precise with their work, and if Joe was displeased with something, he spent the time to fix it and make sure it was up to his standards. We may be adding on to our home in the future and will call WindowPros without question or hesitation!
