I called Zack from Genesis Garage Doors & Gates because I was having issues with my garage door opener or remote. He came by quickly and fixed my issue without a problems. He was fast and very responsive with his service and he explained to me everything that he was doing. I would definitely use him again for all my garage door repairs in the future. Zack was the serviceman that showed up to the house. He was very professional, very clean, and did a great job fixing the garage door opener and he also serviced it. I liked his work so much, I asked him to stop by my In Laws go change their garage door. In addition, i gave out his contact information to my friend who also needs a new garage door opener. It is very hard these days to find good and honest people to work in your home, but Genesis is the best!

One morning at 5am at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, I found that my garage door would not close properly. It and the springs were absolutely ancient. Zach responded quickly to my email and was able to have a guy at my house between 10am and 12pm that very same day. The worker was great to deal with and replaced both the springs and the door opener. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I called at 8 a.m., spoke to the owner. He said a technician could come out same day. I asked for after 1:00. Zack arrived at 1:10. He replaced the cable. Also performed an extensive check of both garage doors and instructed me how to extend the life of our doors with proper maintenance, etc. He was very professional; in and out in less than an hour. Door works great. I would definitely use this provider again for any future garage door needs

My garage door broke on Monday morning. I called Genesis Garage Door Repair and spoke to Zack late that afternoon. Next thing I know he is calling me back to say someone would be out on Tuesday to install my new door. Tuesday morning Stave arrived and in 2 hours I had everything replaced and back in working order. Stave was the kindest, courteous and most knowledgeable technician I have dealt with in a long time. How refreshing to find a company that really cares about people. Stave thank you for such quick service.

Zack was very prompt in getting the quote for new garage doors opener and installation out to us. He ordered and installed the garage door opener promptly. We were very happy with the quality of the installation. Several months later the garage door opener are working well. Unfortunately, another contractor splattered a substance on the opener that we couldn't remove without removing the door finish.
I contacted Zack to see if he had any suggestions and he quickly ordered paint from the manufacturer and sent it to us. We used it and now the doors look just like new. We were very happy with all his services and would recommend him to our friends and family.

Very professional from the time I called for the service to completion of repair. Zack absolute expert, very knowledgeable. I had a number of problems with my 15 years old creaking and groaning garage doors. One decided hot to go up any more. The other, the door panel was out of alignment and actually was developing a crack. Zack reinforced the door, realigned it, replaced out of code cables, oiled all pulleys and made adjustment on both electric door openers. I believe he saved me a small fortune in not having to replace that door too. Very personable too. I highly recommend this company Genesis Garage Doors!

Highly recommended! Great service. A torsion spring on my garage broke. So the door no longer opened or closed. One phone call and Danny was able to get out to my house the same day. Within 30 -60 minutes, he not only had the new parts installed, but also inspected and confirmed that other parts of the garage mechanisms were all in excellent condition as well. Great service, quick and quality driven. Really fair price.

I called Genesis Garage door at 7 pm on a weekday evening because my garage door would not shut. A technician came out within an hour, which was very nice. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was shocked when he said the door would be $480 to repair. I was assuming it would take several hours to fix, and I was desperate so I agreed. He repaired the door in about 35 minutes.
I was not sure if the technician was charging the correct price for such a quick service call, so I called the office. They lowered the price to $400, which still seems very high. I am not sure if their pricing is consistent, so I would get more clarity before having them send a technician out.
