I placed an order through Ganahl lumber and the first time the door was 1/2" more narrow than what I ordered. I returned it to Ganahl lumber and I liked the quick turn around. I picked up the new door in a week after returning it. Unfortunately, the second door thickness was 1/16" less than what I had ordered. That's a minor detail, but when I'm paying over $5k for a custom door I expect the measurements to be precise. It's a beautiful door, but if you're looking for precision in wood work look elsewhere.
