Robert came to repair several broken louvers in our home, and we are so pleased with the customer service and the service call. Anita in the office was so friendly and polite, and readily answered my questions. We were able to schedule the appointment a week out. The technician, Robert, was on time and super thorough, checking each louver in the home (we have a LOT of shutters!).

He even left us with a small handful of parts so that we could do our own repairs in the future. I am so pleased with the service from this company, and in the even that we need future repairs or replacement, this is the company I will be calling.

I phoned Shutter World this morning about my shutters, and Bryan and his wife worked diligently to locate my paperwork for my french door shutters. We discovered that my shutters had been installed by another company however, Bryan was able to do the necessary repair to resolve my issue.

He came out to address my repair within hours of my calling. I would refer them to anyone looking for shutters. Good customer service matters to consumers. Kudos to Shutter World!

Great family business, the owner personally came out and took our measurements. We were quoted a time line, was called by the office to update us and when our shade came in, the owner personally installed it. Great business, we highly recommend them and will use them again.

Shutter World is fantastic! I recently purchased a home in the Test del Valle neighborhood. There were plantation shutters throughout the house. Many of the shutters were chipped and broken and many were not attached to the central rod. Two rods were broken. I called other places to get a quote but couldn't find any place that fixes shutters.

I saw a posting on Nextdoor praising Shutter World. After e-mailing with Anita, sending pictures of what needed to be done, Robert came out to to my house. He removed a few blinds for templates and measured the rods. Anita emailed me a quote which I signed and returned. Shortly after, Robert returned. He replaced some shutters, replaced two rods, and inspected each shutter, attaching some to the rod if needed.

The new shutters match the existing shutters. You can't tell the difference. He also left a vial of touch up paint. The shutters look like new! Everything works now. The price was beyond reasonable. I am telling my friends who recently purchased a newly constructed house to contact Shutter World. They provide quality products and great customer service at amazing prices. I highly recommend them.

Brian and Anita were great. They gave me a quote through email, then came out to take measurements. The amount did not change after that. They were even able to accommodate a tricky window that other companies wouldn't. The shutters were done ahead of schedule, and quickly installed after that. They are high-quality and look great. I had new floors installed shortly after, which resulted in the shutters no longer fitting, so they quickly came out to adjust them for me. Highly satisfied and recommend.

More than one of my friends and my neighbor recommended Shutter World. Words cannot express how happy I am with Shutter World. I covered a couple of windows with shutters and installed woven woods in my kitchen/family room. I loved the shutters so much, I had Shutter World come back and put shutters in my living room. Needless to say, when I needed roman shades, I called Shutter World.

We used these lovely people for a small room in my Mom's house. They did a wonderful job and so we called them out to do all our windows. The shutters are custom made for each window and slider. Great quality and their service is wonderful. We wanted them installed earlier than they thought they could do it and they came thru and got them installed a week early! Anita and Bryon the owners are so easy to work with and Manuel their installer was fabulous.

Ken was recommended to me as someone who fits shutters in london and he happens to live in Wakefield, not too far from where we live. He drove to london to measure up for them on 23rd May and they were fitted the other day. We are absolutely delighted with them. Ken is extremely efficient and great to deal with. 100% delighted with the quality and service received from Shutterworld. The bedroom in our cottage is very small and the original curtain and pole took up too much space for our liking. After seeing the Plantation Shutters on the Shutterworld site we knew this would be a perfect solution. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. The owner asked me to send a photo of the window so he could see which style of shutter would suit us best.

Bryan arrived at my new place the next day, did the measurements, told me that I was going to get a quote in a couple of hours and I did.
