I had a shower door draining/ leak and Natural Flow gave me a $450 estimate to seal, chalk etc to fix the leak. They did the work. I let it dry for weeks ( spare bathroom). A month later, I Had house guest that showered. Shower leaked! Contact company. She was very rude. Mannie came back out and said he knew exactly what was still wrong ( he fixed it the first time too).

He applied water stripping on the door ( he's very nice) but guest came again and door doesn't even shut flush now and it leaks worse then before. Called company and they won't return my call. $450 and NOT fixed and they won't return my call! TERRIBLE. If they couldn't do the job. just say no!

Natural Flow has great people working there. I knew it would be done right and it was! They took out our French doors and installed impact sliders. We live in an old house so nothing is ever straight. They did the job perfectly! They also removed some awning windows in my kitchen and installed some impact windows which were also done perfectly!

Very prompt, honest service. Unable to fix our door problem but didn't charge for visit. I would call them again.

Good work_ but failed an inspection. Not the end of the world. Be aware that all holes in the aluminum actually get screws in them. In a big job that means many holes/screwa and occasionally one or more can be overlooked. I usually make it a point to stay out of the way but would suggest before they cover the channels with finishing strips you give every single one a look. could save you aggravation later.

Still recommend but with the caveat noted above. I also suggest you do NOT allow them to start work on your project without a permit on your door. They were slow. 4 months to finally get the inspection done.which failed for missing all the top screws in one large horizontal window. So otherwise good, fair prices and a good crew.

I would like to say what an AWESOME job they have done. Professional and knowledgeable. If your in the need of windows and doors DEFINITELY contact them.
