Justin was a good salesman. He kept all his promises and the job went well. The install was very professional.

My husband and I live in North Palm Beach and recently had all of our windows replaced with Kamrell. We worked with Justin Martin, who oversaw our project, and Jorge, who oversaw installation. We completely gutted and renovated out home, and out of all of the vendors, contractors, and sales representatives we worked with for the last year, Justin and Jorge were far superior in every way. Justin is incredibly detailed oriented, always has a positive demeanor, is solution-oriented, and goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy.

He came up with creative solutions for our windows since our home structure is very outdated and has a great eye for design. I can't tell you how many compliments we have received from our home in just the two months that the windows have been installed. Our job was incredibly intricate, and Justin did not miss a beat with all of the constantly changing updates and changes to our very large project. Jorge was also tremendous to work with.

Him and Justin make such a great team. Nothing was overlooked and the installation was quick and flawless. Jorge also has an eye for detail and appears to us as a great expert in his field. As I mentioned, we are SO happy with the end result. This was perhaps the smoothest project we undertook for our complete home renovation, and we owe that to Justin and Jorge.

We had all new hurricane windows installed by Kamrell in 2016. The salesman, office personnel and installers were all so pleasant and helpful to us during the whole installation process. We just recently had a minor issue with one of the window's glass. We contacted Kamrell's office to find out if the issue could be corrected. Well, we want to compliment Pati and Crystal for solving this situation. Have to give Patti extra credit for going all out to satisfy our need. Thank you Pati for being there for us.

Kamrell is a wonderful company to do business with! The office staff was very easy to work with and kept me informed on my entire process from beginning to end. The workers were awesome, very professional, neat and respectful at all times. My friend had a terrible experience when she used another company. Had Adam come to repair front door from a prior bad installation by another contractor. Took longer then planned but when he was done it was perfect, looked great, sealed and closed effortlessly. Love it when people take the time to make things just right! Strongly recommend.

We had a major window replacement of all custom made windows. From the time Bruce came to measure, to the install, to adjustments, we had nothing but incredible service. Pati from the office was an amazing help. This was a big job and we had the right people to do the work. I can not rave enough about this company and their customer relations. We were treated like part of the Kamrell family. One time I called Bruce and he was on vacation with his family, but he took the time to make arrangements for a repair. Amazing. Thank all of the Kamrell people.

We had Kamrell install new hurricane sliders in our apartment which are absolutely fabulous. Every employee we interacted with were professional, expert, and courteous. Kamrell's customer service is the gold standard. Despite the supply chain issues they and we got tangled up in, delaying receipt of the doors, Kamrell communicated throughout the ordeal and ultimately we could not be happier with the results or the company.

Justin was great, we did our home project with his previous company in town and he was instrumental in helping us through the hurdles we came across. He was extremely knowledgeable about the details of the project, especially the time frame involved. Most important was that we felt no sales pressure. So much so that we've followed him to his new company Kamrell for round two and even referred friends. Couldn't be happier with his product knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. Thank you Kamrell for taking on Justin and taking care of us!

Purchasing impact windows and sliders from Kamrell Windows and Doors was a positive experience from beginning to end. Every person you come in contact with knows their job, is professional and courteous and is available at all times for questions and concerns. The technicians are employees, not subcontractors and they install everything accurately so they easily pass the county inspection. They sell quality products, they show up when they say they will and they call you back when they say they will. I highly recommend Kamrell Windows and Doors.

Justin was great, we had a different company do the back of our house and due to that experience sought out another company. We found Justin and Kamrell based on neighborhood experience and referrals in Yacht & Country Club. Great experience from start to finish. The salesman, Austin, was professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. He explained in detail the products they offered and provided an estimate timely, as promised. The office staff was friendly and efficient in notifying us of the status of our order, and in scheduling the installation. Kamrell uses their own crews for installation, not subcontractors.

The installation crew was professional and did a great job. They arrived on time, were meticulous when removing the old windows and doors, and when installing the new ones. This was such a great experience we have already recommended this company to friends and neighbors.

Communication is key, I'm a Merchant Marine Captain who while shipped out ordered a upgraded custom window to replace a broken one, I didn't care about cost I wanted a modern high end window, the wait was 4 weeks, then when it's installed I hear nothing thinking everything is all set I come home to the sun blocking shade against the wall, I've been shipped out for 3 months, all I want to do is pass out for a day I could have called a contractor to put it up or whatever, with. A bad shoulder I can't just deal with it, I'll never call them again

We just had two custom impact sliders installed and Kamrell knocked it out of the park. It was not an easy project but the owner made it happen. From the super nice representative Kenny, to installers Josh and Daniel, to Bruce the owner we were taken care of from start to finish. Josh and Daniel worked super hard and made sure top notch work was done. They left the site cleaner than they found it! We are looking forward to using Kamrell to replace all of our windows with impact! Thank you!

I had Kamrell install hurricane windows and front door in my townhome of Marlwood home this summer. I wanted to also have the back patio screens replaced with hurricane windows but could not get my HOA to approve the change until a couple of months ago. They just finished those windows and the hurricane door replacement in the back and I love what they did.

It was a pleasure working with this company.they were very respectful of my property and kept their promises for installation. I strongly recommend this company who has their own installers.

We ordered hurricane impact windows and were promised a specific date of installation. The company called to confirm our appointment at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. 8:00 a.m. came around the next morning and the crew was already here at 7:50 a.m. Great timing. The crew was very friendly and extremely professional! The installation process was like a production line and the crew did a wonderful job.

After they left, I realized I had a quick question about opening them for the cleaning process. The office assistant told me that the guys would swing by after they finished their lunch.and they did! Explained to me everything I needed to know and helped me out immensely! We are very pleased with our windows and with Kamrell Windows and Doors and would highly recommend them!
