Pretty store, clean. Would have rated better, but they did not have what I needed, (items to repair/replace a kitchen faucet popup-universal pop up stopper. They did have brand specific ones, with non-chrome stopper).

Jared in the paint section is so incredibly rude. I don't plan on coming back to lowes for paint after the interaction we had. I ordered 3 gallons of paint, and he audibly sighed and shook his head at the extent of my order. He looked at me and said "oh itll be a 35 minute wait" to almost deter me from wanting to get my paint. I get it, everyone has bad days but to show your customers that you literally hate what you do is not the way to prosper in any company. It's your job, man. If you don't like making paint, then quit.

My significant other should have a VIP membership to this place he's there every day multiple times a day I'm surprised they don't know his name by heart and greet him as a neighbor but it's an awesome place to go especially with the appliances they're high as hell but they have leasing yes

I needed a special light bulb for my desk lamp. I asked an employee and she told me what isle they were on.when I got there another employee greeted me with a hello and how are you.he asked if I needed help.shoed him what I was looking for.he took me over to another isle.told me that if I got it from the other isle I would have paid over $7 for one bulb, put this isle had a twin pack for the same price. It was nice for once that someone cared enough to let you know about a good bargain. I just wish I knew his name. thank you whomever you are!

For whatever reason all of the clearance products from every department is now in the far back corner of the store. When asked why an associate told us it was a corporate decision and it didn't make much sense to him either. As a handicapped individual on a cane it was a huge inconvenience to go back to the deep dark recesses to check the "oops paint" rather than in front of the store where the paint department is. Lost that chance at a sale. As a matter of fact we decided to forego the other items we had planned to buy. Lost those sales too. Pity, I did like Lowe's paint department.

Lowe's in Vero Beach, This rating system does not have a low enough star to rate, the should have the POS rating system. I ordered kitchen cabinets, three months to get the cabinets, due to the incompetent store associate, once cabinets arrived and scheduled for install, the wrong cabinet size for the sink base was ordered. No response after numerous emails and phone calls about replacement, going on two weeks now.

Sales Associate lied about the replacement date. Furthermore, there was no cabinet shelf hardware, so shelves are still not in place. Thirdly, upon trying to use the Lazy Susan, the shelf doesn't spin. Quality is not a word in Lowe's vocabulary. I've still to receive a response for when this job will be complete going into 4 months. Is like to publicly call out the Associate Robb Dunn, due to the incompetency of this complete debacle.

This is the biggest mistake of any home improvement project I've done. Still no dates on order fulfillment and completion of a project. Recommendation: NEVER use Lowe's. I'll NEVER shop there again!

I gave 5 stars because of Chris in the electrical department. He has been extremely helpful every time we're in there. He is also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and always asks if there's anything else we need help with. Look for Chris. We genuinely recommend him for any promotion, raise, etc. He is our reason for shopping Lowe's.

Totally prefer this place over home Depot. The staff is really nice. I love their garden center. Just a little chaotic sometimes at the online order pick up area. But the staff clears it out pretty quickly.

I went in to buy some house plants and there was a great selection. The staff in the garden area that I encountered seemed like they didn't want to be there. My 2 cents, life is too short to spend half your life in a place where you feel miserable. Go find another job that you might enjoy a little more or at least where you don't make the customers wish they never entered the store.

Good place, clean and very friendly. Way better than home depot. Easy to find things here. Unfortunately they force employees to wear masks. Very affordable as well in prices
