Great company with phenomenal service. Initially used them due to a different Pearland garage door company botching a repair job on my garage door and ruining a piece of furniture in my garage in the process. Action answers the phone when you call, even on a Sunday, and they call when the repair specialist is on the way as well. Ralph is great at communicating this info to you, and the tech sends a text message with their name and photo as well a tracker so you can see how far away they are! Amazing service, and I won't go anywhere else for garage door repairs -thanks Action!

Had a great experience. Had a broken spring in the morning and brand new springs, rollers and motor assembly by evening. Collin was very helpful and I would absolutely recommend this company to others. Collin and his helper were even great with my dogs. There are a lot of crooks in the garage door repair market. Had a great technician (Corey) help me with my issue. He was more than willing to answer any questions I had and was very polite and you could tell he appreciated his job! Also, I called them late last night around 08:00 pm and they were out here by 10:00 am the next day. It took him a few hours, but he got straight to work and got it done quickly!
Really appreciate everything he did. It was a little pricey for me, but I didn't shop around too much, so I can't really knock them on that. Overall a great experience really

Our garage door fell as we were driving out and it was closing. We tried opening the garage door but were not able to open it. We called the following morning and they were able to come out that same day. Luke came out and explained in detail what needed to be repaired and why, he was very professional and worked diligently to repair the door in no time. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Our garage door broke on a hot Sunday afternoon. It weighs over 1800 pounds and we were stranded because we could not open it ourselves. Joe was able to help us out and our service was outstanding! He was personable, knowledgeable, and informative. When I opened the door he was wearing a mask, which we truly appreciated because it was so respectful. Our garage door has never been quieter! I was very impressed at the speed that they were able to come out to our home. Rogelio listened carefully to our issue, presented the options and answered all our questions. He was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, did a great job. We had a system that had springs inside the door and the wires/springs broke so he easily converted it to springs on the exterior of the garage. We are very happy with the work and will definitely be calling again in the future if we have any other issues. Thank you!
