I made an appointment for 4:00 to have my 2 front windows tinted. Just before I was ready to leave for the appointment, I got a call from the owner, saying he was running late and we rescheduled for 4:15 - 4:30. I got there at 4:15 and the place was still closed. I waited until 4:31, and with no one in sight, took off, as I was already 30 minutes behind in my errands.
I called the owner, and he stated that he was in the office and ready to work on my car. I stated that I needed to reschedule. He became annoyed, but finally said OK. Before I hung up I heard him call me stupid. Later, he texted me, attempting to deflect blame, and quibbling about the time I had left. I will be looking elsewhere for this service.
