These guys are great! Joe explained over the phone why he preferred a certain type of side-mounted garage door opener and I ordered it. It came in less than a week later and Simon came by the next day to install it. It works like a dream, and the new rollers (no longer metal-on-metal) are so quiet that my partner couldn't hear me come home just now! I highly recommend C&M!
