Technician was very helpful even though the computer scheduled my appt for the wrong address he was willing to work me into his schedule knowing I was unable to get my car out of garage he is as very thorough and took care of problem quickly

We had a problem with our door opener. It wasn't the usually quite operation that we were accustomed to. The technician identified the problem and ordered parts. Given the supply chain issues, we expected a lengthy delay. However. The parts arrived quickly and our problem was resolved. The surprise was that our opener was still under warranty after a few years and there was no charge. Access has great response to problems, timely and efficient. We are so glad we chose Access.

We had Trevor here at our home today to look at our garage door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to us, and gave us a quote. He was able to complete the work then and there, as he had the parts in his company truck. We highly recommend Access Garage Doors of Tallahassee. Kudos to Access Door & especially Jeremy the installer. He was extremely professional, personable and really knew what he was doing. My Garage door opener stopped working so I called Access Door on Thursday afternoon and on Friday at 1:00pm Jeremy showed up on time and gave me all of my options and the prices to replace the old Opener. I picked the LiftMaster 8500W wall mount Wi-Fi unit and Jeremy went to work removing the old one.

Within a few hours he had replaced with the new Opener and had the installation completed. He helped me setup the Wi-Fi, trained me how to use the Opener with all the options and we were back in business. Great job and thank you to Jeremy & Access Door!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY GARAGE DOORS. THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. The entire team from the installer to the customer service made this experience great. Fixed my door issue the same day. All the other places couldn't get to it until the following week. They were honest & upfront. I'd definitely recommend.

After reaching out to several companies, Brian was quick to get back to me and come out to see what was going on. Service date was set within a few days and, even though there were some issues they ran into with the repair, they were clear about what was going on and how/when everything would be done (which was still within a week from when I reached out to them!) Very appreciative and will recommend them and use them in the future.
