From quote to installation, this was a VERY easy process. The price was reasonable and Mike and Rich made such a quick deal of the installation that we had almost NO downtime. I got Ultra Security's contact information from the 3M manufacturer site. Mike explained the window coating to me in simple terms, provided fair pricing and we concluded our arrangements quickly. The company staff communicates very well. There was a small snafu on the installation appointment time, but they handled it professionally and well. On the appointment day, Mike showed up with all of the cleanliness and safety accoutrements and efficiently installed the film. He explained what I could expect over the next 90 days. With the new thermal film, my office is much cooler. I'd use this company again.
