Our experience so far has been very dismal. We feel very slighted for the amount of money we put into a frame-less shower door and the service we received was extremely poor. There were too many "mistakes" made, the door leaked a LOT on the bottom, the workers stepped into the silicone they used and then stepped on our tile floor, rugs (ruined). Even after another threshold was put in the door still leaks and now we discovered that the sliding door was put in 1/4" offset (from one side to another) so the plastic seal they gave us won't reach.
I have left 3 separate messages for the owner (Andy) to contact me so we can meet and try to find a solution but I'm not getting any response. The good thing is that I have 1/2 of their money so I won't pay until they decide they will contact me to get this resolved. When I leave for a six week vacation soon, then they won't get paid until after that. Gosh.
Should it be this painful to pay so much money for a shower door and get such bad service? I will gladly update with anything positive if they company decides they want to make this right but I have my doubts that they even care.

I highly recommend this company! There customer service is awesome. They made a custom mirror for me 5x8 feet - Alex the owner originally spoke with me on the phone and spent time explaining to me how they would install such a large mirror and made sure to give me his direct contact number in case I had an further questions. He also put the J-molding around the whole mirror and no extra charge (since it only really needs to go on the bottom). They have a very quick turn around time - the mirror was delivered an install in four days.
