Please save your money, time and headache and find a difference company. The WORST quality of glass door installation and even worse customer service. Paid thousands of dollars for our doors, they had to order new ones 3 times because they kept ordering the wrong product. Patched holes with plates and glue and now we can't even get a hold of them to come out for the non stop issues we are having with these doors. Never had more disappointing and frustrating experience. Stay away.

Everything was ok until they charged my final payment to the credit card I had on file for the deposit without my permission. They should have invoiced me rather than taking it from my account themselves. When I complained about it they pointed out that the contract reads that you have to write a check immediately after installation or they would take the remaining funds from the card used for the deposit. Customers should have the option to choose how they want to make their final payment - after they're invoiced!
They also never sent the receipt for the deposit payment even though I asked 3 times! Another issue I had was that Monica scheduled the installation day and time without asking me - with no regard to my work schedule. They should have asked me first. It's a shame because Marty was great and they did an amazing job with the shower door, but I had to give them 2 stars due to the lack of professionalism that I experienced.

I am deeply disappointed that a year and two months after Glenoaks Glass installation of my shower doors, the entire door tilted and wouldn't close. I am the only person using this shower and have always treated it gently. A week ago I called Westoaks and asked them to send a technician to find out why it happened. The lady on the phone told me they guarantee their work for one year (mine was installed 14 months prior).
She requested $185 for someone to come by and diagnose the problem. The reason I used Glenoaks was the quality and pride in their services. they were more expensive than others, but I was hoping they were experts. When you pay thousands of dollars for shower glass doors, you expect them to function properly more than a year.
