Mr. Ron Folkes and his Team members are outstanding in terms of customer service and support. He will definitely "go the extra mile" and also offer you highly useful advice if you work collaboratively with him. DISAPPOINTED- I paid top dollar because I was "promised" delivery and installation by a certain date. The shower enclosure was received within 2 days at Ron's Glass and then installation became a problem. For 3 days I received a "promise" and each day a different excuse. It became apparent they do not have adequate staff to complete installations.
My timeline was not met which became expensive to me. I then was double billed and was told a check would be mailed. After 2 more weeks I went to their office to pick up check. Very poor customer relations and inadequate staff. Never again!

After looking all over Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura.we finally called Ron's glass. The person who answered the phone was very nice and eager to help our last minute situation. We needed glass to put in the frame of 2 windows that needed to be ready for the walk thru at 5. We arrived at Ron's 3:45 they actually had it ready and the price was excellent!
It cost less then half as much compared to the other 10 places we called. We made it to the job and everybody was relieved and happy, especially me, I was the driver driving all over the place. There's a magnificent, huge, old, oak tree in the front of the shop in Somis, call Ron first!
