My husband had already decided to go with another window covering company because they had such low prices. I saw the Victoria Norman sign on our neighbors lawn and gave them a call because I didn't feel comfortable with my husband's choice. Norm came over and explained why the prices on the blinds we were getting were so inexpensive.

Just had the last of our window coverings order installed by Victoria Norman and we couldn't be happier. The service was great, the price was right, and the final product is just what we wanted. Norm was a great salesman who helped us choose a combination of products to match our functional needs and color scheme. We ended up with shutters in the entryway living room, honeycomb in the bedrooms upstairs, and roller shades in the other common rooms downstairs, see photos attached. I'll gladly be recommending Victoria Norman to all friends and family, and to any online user that's looking for a referral.

My wife and I are thrilled with our new shutters from Victoria Norman! We had our entire house done with this company and everything from the initial consultation to installation was great. Both Norm and the installer were very friendly and professional and did an amazing job giving us exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this company.

This is based on their lack of service. We were told we'll be getting everything installed in 8 weeks tops. I triple checked and have on the receipt otherwise I would've gone with somebody else. My husband wanted to hire a local Simi Valley business to do it for us. In two days it'll be 8 weeks, tried calling them, then we realized they are not manufacturing the blinds/shutters and have no idea basically when our shutters are.
That's got me thinking what the actual quality of those blinds are, and where are they being manufactured but I guess I'll never know that since they just take the money and never call back or update. They told us a week ago (when we called) they'll call in a couple of hours with an update. We never got a call back and I doubt we ever will. Since they took half the money (check) upfront my resources are very limited and I think since they refuse to install the blinds obviously and don't want to call back I have to take it to BBB and the licensing board.
Stay away! After this review on Yelp some other guys called and said they are coming to install the shutters, to our surprise. We never knew there will be somebody else installing the blinds as well. We agreed we're going to be installing them on the second (today) and they are a no show. At that point the owner informed us the only alternative is Monday the 6th, which we can't accommodate due to work and my baby having to go to the hospital for her scheduled therapy.
No other alternative dates were offered as of now. They can't work with our schedule. The owner replied to my Yelp review telling me my deposit doesn't even cut his cost like I ever asked for a discount or to learn his business and pricing model. I find that extremely rude and unprofessional.

This is definitely the Go-To Company to use if you want the best in blinds and the best customer service! I remodeled my home and decided to get all new blinds. Victoria Norman was recommended by a friend who had also used them. Norm came out with several samples for me to choose from and was instrumental in helping me choose what would be best to fit my needs.
The blinds actually arrived earlier than expected, which was an extra bonus! The installer was prompt, meticulous, and polite. Left absolutely no mess behind, which is rare nowadays. Could not be happier with the results! Victoria Norman gets an OUTSTANDING FIRST-RATE grade from me!

Victoria Norman was such a wonderful company to work with! They came and installed some shutters at my mom's house, and they were professional, friendly, and had quality service. They were so helpful in looking through different options and helping my mom pick the right ones for her house. I was throughly impressed with this local business. I highly recommend doing business with them! You will be glad you did!
