Apple Glass

This is the only place you want to go for any window replacement! They worked with my schedule and got me seen within 48 hours of me calling. Vanessa was very communicative and actually scheduled me at a better time for me. Joseph was the professional who did the actual replacement and he was kind, respectful, professional and did a phenomenal job. Do yourself a favor and do not go anywhere else.

I had cracks on a few of my home windows and called Apple Glass for an estimate. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful in scheduling someone to come out for a quote, and I understood that there would be a service fee for the in-person quote. When the technician came out to take the window measurements, that's when things started going downhill.

On the first window he measured, he used a screwdriver and hammer to try to lift out the glass, for what I'm assuming to be a better measurement, but he made the crack in the window much worse and it ran the entire width of the window after he was done with it. I quickly ran outside to notify him that the window was cracked all the way through. He paused, looked over at me and said with a chuckle, "Oh really?" He said he would just measure the window without removing the glass.

I'm not sure why he wasn't able to just do that initially. The tech also asked me some questions about the tint of my windows and I told him I have no idea, which is why I called Apple Glass in the first place. After those two incidents, I honestly didn't have much confidence regarding his skills to replace our windows so I gave the office a call to let them know about my more cracked window and to not provide an estimate anymore.

When I brought these issues up, the lady who was friendly earlier started to be defensive with me, telling me that's what happens with an estimate and that it's also cold outside. Hmm, no other estimator before had cracked our glass until their technician. She told me the manager would call me back, which he did. He also said something similar but was at least apologetic about it. I told him I wasn't going to need the estimate anymore because I wasn't confident in the technician. Maybe another technician would have had a better outcome.

While traveling to Houston someone broke into my car shattering the rear passenger side window. I called to see if they could replace the glass. Unfortunately they did not have the window available. I asked if they could tape the window to allow me to get back home. I stopped by and they not only taped the window but vacuumed up the broken glass in the car. Very much appreciated their assistance and willingness to help out even though they were not going to get the final business.

Really great customer service over the phone and in person! With all the staff shortages this year due to the pandemic, poor service has seemingly become the norm and it can sometimes be impossible to reach a business over the phone, especially smaller ones. When I first called I was able to get a quote right away. I also needed early drop-off before business hours and they were able to accommodate that.

Communication was also prompt and wonderful every step of the way. They picked up the phone every time I called and even texted me when it was done since I couldn't answer the phone at work. Highly recommend apple glass to anyone looking for windshield repair as they did an awesome job with my 4runner. Thanks again for everything!

This company came out to replace my windshield twice, and both times it leaked. The third time they tried to blame my sunroof, which is sealed shut. They still refuse to refund my money. They are completely incompetent. Stay away from this company.

I got my windshield replaced here for a great price and they did a great job! Frank had a great attitude and I could not have been more pleased. The girls at the front are on top of it and have a great attitude as well!

As I was driving on 290 frontage road this morning, I signaled to get into the left lane so that I could get on to 290. I turned off my signal because I believed there wasn't enough room between me and the truck coming up in the left land. The driver slowed down so that I could get in the left lane, and after I changed lanes waived a thank you. Once we were on 290, I moved over one lane and the driver speeds up just to cut me off. Really!? This is how you drive a company vehicle. The last 4 numbers on the license plate is 7345. Doesn't say much about the company.

I am very pleased with Apple Glass, prices are amazing! Carlos answered my call early and fixed my junky cracked glass in less than 2 hours SAME Day! I wish I had a pic of how my windshield look before cause it was bad, I was quoted over 400 at another place and saved over 100 dollars! Thank you guys for the great Service!

GO TO THE NEXT GLASS SHOP! I visited on February 25 with a mirror frame to get a quote on replacing the glass. I was quoted $111.66 if I were to place the mirror inside the frame myself. I thought it was high, so she agreed to call me back to see if they could do better with pricing, then we would move forward. She asked that I leave the mirror there, and I agreed.

On the seventh day without a call, I called and was told they could not honor the price (I had a written quote) and that they would charge me significantly higher fee. After explaining that is not the point of a quote, I would go ahead and purchase two mirrors if they honored the original price. They still refused. If you can not get them to honor a written quote, you seriously can not trust these people, plus any customer service. NEXT GLASS SHOP! UPDATE: The owner of the glass shop called me and tried to rectify his employees actions.

He gave me a deal on getting the mirror cut and agreed to install them in the frame. I went to pick them up and they cut the glass but they had NOT installed them. I guess good help is hard to find.

I used this unprofessional company in 1 of our jobs to replace a glass on a door that we broke. From start to finish this was a nightmare, it took them 2 weeks to install the glass. It was schedule for a Friday and they rescheduled for Monday. No communication at all. When the glass was Install they left broken glass everywhere and tried hiding in the bushes.

I called the manager and she tried to help me out by sending the guys back to clean it up. I told her it was too late we were already taking care of it and I will never used them again. The company I work for has been using this company for over 10 years. Glad to say that we will no longer used their services again. Melissa the office manager is very rude and knows nothing about customer service.

She lied to me about another job that I need it done. Carlos lied about contacting my client and schedule someone to measure a window we broke. My client was going to be out of town the day they said they schedule it for We are a landscape company and sadly we break a lot of windows unintentionally. I do not recommend this glass company.
