Update: Northeast is under new management. Their staff informs me that the seal problem has been corrected. They continue to honor my original warranty. They supplied with four new sash two months ago and I have ordered four more, all under warranty. This company's Crusader windows are defected. Within a year of installation the insullated area between the panes of glass began to discolor. NEB replaced those windows but the problem has continued to develop in the replaced windows and others. The company says the problem is in the sash seals. That maybe so but the company has been unable (or unwilling) to replace the windows with those without the defect.

I drive by this place frequently on the way home from work I called them to get a price on a storm door that was on their website when I spoke to the person the lady didn't answer the phone very user unfriendly

I like the home town, local manufacturing on site factor. Also employees are from Philqdelphia. Ordered 2 custom basement windows(sliders) No issues with the order or pick up process.

Treated me like trash overtime is performance based so that means if your old and loyal to the company you have to compete with younger men physically to make extra cash for your family it's not right

4 months for windows and windows are not done on promise date. have called a dozen times left 5 emails and spoke with 3 different people that couldn't tell me nothing about my order beside that they are not done yet. 4 months with a promise date for 14 windows and I can't even get an answer for when they will be done. I was better off getting the windows at Heebys in Reading for a third of what I spent here. terrible people

This place is totally down hill. The windows take 8 months and are made terrible and it's looks like a prison yard there. New owners destroyed this place. And your top top dollar for windows. A guy with tattoos on face with his pants around his ankles will be dragging out your windows.

A contractor had installed windows in our house over 15 years ago. We had noticed some of the seals had failed then to top things off our teenager broke a window doing some crazy karate kick. I took the window to a place and was informed that they couldn't fix it because it was a special welded seem, not your standard run of the mill vinyl window repair.

They told me that it came from Northeast Building Products. After talking to one of the customer care representatives I was told that that particular model was defective and they would replace all the defective windows. What a shock, they REALLY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! Not like a lot of the companies out there these days. I will tell everyone I know about them.

Two bathroom windows were measured wrong on the initial visit but they came back and took care of everything. I was very generous in tipping the two men that came out to do the work. They deserve every dime. Thank you.

Beware! Worst company ever! This job has 90% ppl came out of jail or in half ways houses. Basically they know u don't hot no choices Cause who wants to go back to jail Floor surpervisor the worst If u like being treated like a slave From telling when to go to bathroom Standing 10hrs plus, speeding u! like u a machine No consideration! Your not a person, u just a number! THERE TURNOVER VERY HIGH!

They got there favorites. They cheat u out what u worked for Go somewhere else There plenty of jobs that treat u better They all liars Iam happy I left! after 2 math Found better job and better pay

10 of my new windows are defective. The windows are stained due to the argon gas leak in windows. I have been waiting two years for replacements. The supervisor is a horrible person. I am now taken legal steps. I will not be surprised when this corporation gets hit with a class action law suit. I did save a few of my friends from purchasing windows through them and I will continue to warn people.

Drove a hour and 10 minutes away. Closed. They should really update their website times on Google. Granted I should have called. But I've been here Before on Saturday mornings. Plus it clearly stated it was open. Thanks for wasting my morning.

The most unprofessional and inconsiderate group of people I've ever done business with. They took over 4 months to deliver 8 windows. And on the day they were "promised" to be delivered, not only were they not delivered but the salesman, Joe Pearl, did not have the decency or consideration to contact me to tell me the windows were not being delivered as promised in writing. Instead, I lost a day of work, traveled from Annapolis to Baltimore for nothing and his only comment when called was "we have other windows to make ".

Then the accts division specifically ignored my authorization payment amount in writing and charged my card the entire balance. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company for your window needs.

Great windows! But don't expect to get your windows for at least 3-4 months! Especially if you're a little guy, small company, you won't get your order for at least 4 months!

Buyer Beware! Do not buy windows from this company. Nine of our twenty windows are failing. NINE! Almost half of our windows are filled with mold. Our windows were installed in 2013. We've called multiple times. We've talked to management. Nobody cares. They offer to email us some information so we can order new windows at full price. We reached out to a local window repair company and we're told this company has been taken over by new ownership and it's unfortunate but they have since gone down hill. And he nicely told us our Trustgard windows are 'shit'.

Update: Northeast Building Products reached out to me and replaced my defective windows! Very happy with the new windows. installer were great Defective windows -- ALL of them. Forced to give one star. would rather give them none! Started to have problems after they were installed. Installing contractor ordered new windows -- under warranty because they were determined to be defective BY THE MANUFACTURER. Contractor suffered serious health issue and is now in a nursing home and never completed obtaining windows.

We finally located someone to help us locate the manufacturer. National Building Products BUT they no longer make this window because of "issues". unable/unwilling to help us. We want the windows replaced (keep in mind we will have to pay someone to install, re-do all the hand made woodwork around the windows and paint). "Customer Service" suggested removing all the windows, boarding up our house and delivering the windows to them so they can "attempt to repair".
