Thank you to Jimmy and all of DeFinis' staff for a wonderful experience. Our new bow window has dramatically changed the appearance of our home. Kudos to Junior and his crew for an installation that showed true craftsmanship and attention to detail. It is refreshing to see people taking pride in the work they do to make sure their customer is satisfied.

Owner seemed knowledgeable at first. He upsold us on a roof above window, claiming it would rot like the previous one without roof overhang. He adjusted our $5k bill but said he was giving us a discount for the roof? Well, owner and installer made "decision" (even though we were home) to not install overhang roof or shingles as discussed and agreed upon, as evident on receipt. Unprofessional and unwilling to negotiate price, even though we were charges for roof that was not installed and now we are stuck with a window with no overhang, that according to owner, we would need to prevent water damage. Now, owner claims our initial consultation and receipt was conditional?
What does that mean. They are the professional installers, they told us what we needed prior and billed us accordingly. The finished product is in and we are stuck. Owner unwilling to negotiate on overcharged price. Had another contractor out who agreed that the receipt is a legal document and the job completed is not what was agreed upon. The owner told me I should be happy that our new $5300 window in NE Philadelphia is not leaking.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Shame on us for trusting a smooth talker and fancy car. I see why. Never had rain drops on the old window that dripped down the front, but this has no overhead. No shed roof or shingles installed, as discussed on receipt.

My husband Bryan and I could not be any happier with Definis and Sons. We purchased 7 new windows as well as a storm door, front door and above door transom. We are thrilled with the transformation of our home, and the professionalism and superior skill of the installers for these projects far exceeded our expectations. Junior and Cody came today to install our windows. They installed 5 windows, in the pouring rain, in about 2 hours. They were speedy, professional, and hardworking. They cleared out the old windows and any debris that came from it in and outside the house. The windows and cap work looks great, and the price is unbeatable. Our house definitely got the facelift it needed. If your looking to get windows/doors installed, this is the place to go!

We were so happy with our new door and storm door that we were back at the show room ordering new pario doors leading to our deck. And there's more, the patio doors have the blinds between the glass! I love love love these doors! Next on our list is a new bay window. Everyone at Definis are wonderful, they are welcoming and very patient, as it probably took me two hours to decide which door to chose, the style glass, the color. The options they offer are endless. If you are looking for beautiful doors, look no further than Definis. You will not be disappointed.

The owners treated us great. Bought new front door and patio door answered all our needs and very knowledgeable. Selection was awesome And you could tell customer satisfaction is paramount with this company. So glad we found this company cant wait to have them installed. You will not find this quality anywhere else. Great job guys!

6 doors installed by Definis and Sons. Top top quality custom doors. Mike, the installer was top notch. The finishing work he did after installing the doors was impeccable. I purchased my new windows from Definis and Sons a few months ago, including a couple of special sized ones. I can not say enough about how wonderful the service was starting with my visit to the showroom, through the installation. The folks at Definis and Sons thoroughly explained everything to me regarding their products, pricing and warranties.
The installers were also very knowledgeable about my window selection and extremely respectful of me and my home. They did a fantastic job. I'm planning on replacing my storm door soon, and will be going back there. Highly recommended.
