They need to rehire a new front desk lady she dont even know how to speak proper English and they need to start taking pictures of vehicles before entering the back for any services just for a better understanding with the clients. also i went for 1 window replacement and i took my car to there shop i went and my car had 1 broken window that needed replacement so the lady tells me 3 hours to get it done i said ok so i came back for my car and i found my front windshield with a small crack and on the passenger side the same damage so what a coincidence so i bring it up to the front office lady and she keep denying it and she keepd giving me the run around but then the installer tried to get brave so i squared up and he didnt want no problems idk why he wanted the smoke but it showed me the type of people this business owner has on the clock dont waste your time or money on this business

Highest praise for quality and price. I called them about a special windshield that had to be custom cut and made and they were over $100 cheaper than the next closest shop that could do the work. He was excellent in his quality he was superior in his price and very pleasant to work with I give him my highest rating. The person I worked with owns the company. and answered the phone and did much of the work himself. Not greedy. Just professional and good natured.

I had a rock hit my front windshield near the camera so it worried me. This happened on a Sunday, I called Monday and my windshield was replaced by Wednesday at noon. Vista Glass did the heavy lifting - calling my insurance, covering the claim details, making the appointment. It was very easy and fast, and I was able to work from their lobby and not miss a beat. Friendly, courteous, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend Vista Glass.

My experience was with replacing house window glass only, no autos, etc. Vista was the only company I called that offered a free estimate - the others required a service charge. The estimator arrived on-time and quickly measured the windows and got us a quote on the spot. It was close to the same price as the other forms, but they were able to do the tinting as well.
They needed about a week to have the glass delivered and contacted us to do the install when it came in. They were here in a day or two. It was a cold day and the caulk was stiff and the installer broke one of our existing windows - they replaced it for free (which I'd expect). When he was doing the install we noticed several additional windows that were leaking, so the installer got us an immediate quote with a great price so we ordered the additional glass.
So far we are very happy with Vista - they have been very good people to deal with. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was the window they broke - accidents happen, but accountability. I will update the review if there is anything of note in the 2nd set of window installs.

I set an appointment with vista glass for a simple estimate The window was between 10-2, so I called at 1 to check on the appointment and they said it was on time. At 2:30 they called to tell me they'd be at my house in ten minutes, but arrived after 3. They didn't have the parts needed to fix windows, so they called me to reschedule. We agreed for the same time next week.
The next week rolled around, nobody came so I called. Turns out they forgot to actually set the appointment in the systems, and scheduled me for the same time again the next week. The third appointment rolled around. Long story short they arrived 2 hours late. Finally they fixed the window.and the technician broke it. So we rescheduled for the same time next week.
And they missed the appointment. There was never an apology, an admission of guilt, or the smallest offer of condolences. UPDATE: The man who came to finalize the window and replace the last one was very kind, efficient, and helpful. (Not naming him here for his privacy but they know who he is) The owner also called and fixed some of the issues I mentioned.
He explained they had a shortage on certain materials etc. and more importantly; he took ownership and apologized I think it says. A lot that the owner himself was willing to call one customer to explain the situation and humble himself and apologize for the issues. 3 stars because right now I'm very nervous about the company, if their front line employees don't seem to value customer service.
But above 1 because I am now much hopeful that this was a weird fluke than a norm, and because I know that someone in charge genuinely does care about the company more than the bare minimum he has to do. I think dispatch work may need a retraining or meeting about customer service and customer value, but I feel the company has more potential than I first saw. I also removed the "poor quality" criticism because the glass that they broke was a rare accident and doesn't seem indicative of their general quality.

Zero stars. These guys don't finish what they start and the string you along promising they'll make things right - but they never do. My mother hired Vista Glass to repair several windows in her home in Tucson. Months later they still haven't completed the process. The admin in their office promised repeatedly that they'd be out to correct problems they created (screens not fitting, lack of delivery on a window).
My mother spent a significant amount of money to prepare her house to be sold. To this day they still haven't completed the job and they effectively went dark. I've tried to intervene and have received the same poor treatment. Terrible, terrible, terrible. The owner was informed, supposedly, on several occasions about the problems. I was told for two weeks they'd "be in touch" to solve the issues.
I gave up. NEVER do business with these folks. They owe my mom money for not completing the job. They are unresponsive. (Update 7/15/19: Owner contacted my mother. Picked up broken item. Indicated will be repaired immediately. Still has not returned. Will update this review accordingly.)

Called to get a price on a windshield replacement for my vehicle. Maria was super friendly and gave me the best price in town. The installer (guy named Freckles) showed up on time the next day and was done in a matter of minutes. Everyone was very professional and the job was done quickly for a great price. Could not have been a more pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company for any of your glass needs.

I scheduled a 9am appointment weeks ago, tint guy shows up 30min late, then takes another 70min just to tint 2 windows. Window tint looks terrible. Tint is cut way too short and has a gap, and there are tiny particles in the tint itself. I would definitely nerver recommend them, don't waste your time and money.

My husband schedule a windshield replacement for 2 vehicles on Monday, 2/17/19, between 2pm and 5 pm. The technician showed around 4:30 to do the install but he identified they didn't have the correct replacement for 1 vehicle. He was professional about it and wanted to make sure the job was completed correctly. At that time the Installer rescheduled us for the following day and similar time frame. Got a call at around 5 pm on 2/18/19 stating that they would not be able to make the appointment because they have gotten busy with that day's schedules.
So we figured to give one more chance for them to make it right and the only opening they had was Thursday 2/21/19 between 12-2pm. They called around 1140 on that day and told my husband that they haven't order the correct windshield yet and would only be able to install one vehicle but not until 3pm. That time passed and we called them at 4:51pm to check the status and all they can say is that the installer was on his way.
At this point with the lack of integrity and no sense of urgency to rectify this issue, we had no choice but to find another company. Their service is designed for convience but after 4 different change and no way forward we are over a week into this process with none of our winshields replaced.

I made the appointment to replace my cars' front windshield which had a large crack in it. The technician was due to arrive between 8 am and noon. He arrived about 9 am and was ready to start. He said it take about an hour and that is about how much time it took. Professional and pleasant to deal with. Looks good. I've done business with this company before because I live close by and have four vehicles. In Arizona a damaged window is going to happen. Good job, start to finish.

Folks are nice and apologetic, quality of work was 50/50, but customer service was terrible. Will not use again and will persuade others not to utilize their service. I had a pretty terrible experience with this company. Ran into them on DMAFB. Needed some chips repaired in my windshield. They suggested replacement would be best. Went ahead w the work. Had to pay out of pocket for UV kit.
No biggie. Trouble setting up the first appointment and the office managers were pretty pushy about it. 1st appointment the guy showed up w UV on windshield but no tinting across top. Had to reschedule. 2nd appointment they had the correct parts and the same install guy replaced the windshield but scratched the UV kit pretty badly. Had to reschedule another appointment but this time I had to go to them. 3rd appointment was scheduled for 2 hours (they were 30 minutes late getting to me) but the install tech said at least three hours or I could come back for the tint. Got the UV kit installed and scheduled another appointment. 4th appointment the install guy wasn't at the shop at my appointment time. I had my truck windshield replaced and they broke my front bezel below my windshield wipers, when contacted about it they just guava me a run around and I ended up buying it myself ($250). They called me about a year later and said they were under new ownership. I needed a new back glass in my Honda. Being the only business allowed to come on base i thought I'd give them a chance since it was new ppl.
They promised gift cards that were never delivered. And now my car rattled under the back window. Fool me twice huh. I guess I'll just fix it myself, I'm not sure why these guys are the preferred business for my insurance and the military base. If you want honest ppl and a job done right. DO NOT USE these guys. I would rate zero stars if it were an option

I Had my windshield on my 2012 Honda civic replaced this past week and overall the gentleman was very nice and on time and made sure to call me to let me know when he was on his way and when he was here. The only thing I can complain about is that once I got into my car this morning I saw there was glass left all over the dashboard and also my fiance happened to drop her phone by the front seat and when she reached down to grab it there was glass down in that area also and it cut her hand.
I didn't see this last night because I left work once it was dark and couldn't see that there was glass shards all over. I wish that the gentleman would have cleaned up the glass a lot better so that this wouldn't have happened.
