Called to make an appointment for an estimate, receptionist seemed inattentive with the call. An appointment was made for 1:00pm, by 1:30pm we had not heard anything. Called office and sales/tech sent text saying they were delayed by a hour. By 3:40 still no one called to let us know if they were still planning to come by. Finally we told them to cancel appointment.

We understand jobs get delayed and unforeseen things happen, but due to lack of communication and poor customer service skills we are definitely not using this company. Just a call or text is appreciated instead of letting your customers wait and reach out to you

Great attractive solution to help lower temperatures inside your home and offers additional privacy. The screens can be easily removed to wash your windows. Dan, owner, is very professional, personable and delivers high quality work. If you are looking to lower your electric bill this is a much better solution than window tinting.
