Georgette and her team provided exceptional service. They provided a detailed estimate for window shade screens for the sun facing two sides of our two story home and the material/screen is high quality. Although one of the screws caused a crack in a window (there wasn't much space between the stucco and window frame in the first place), they promptly responded to my email and provided a full reimbursement for Speedy glass to replace the window ($300)[and thoroughly apologize over email]. I will likely use them again for the rest of the house when we are ready.

I came in with two window screens to be created. She took the measurements and asked if I could pay in advance. I came back some days later only to find both screens were made incorrectly, I took them back and they made them a second time AND she even delivered them to my house and STILL they did not fit correctly. All I can say is they couldn't make common house hold window screens for me. I had to drive there a FOURTH time to collect my screens and get a refund. I don't know what is wrong there but good luck.
