We hired Windows of Wisconsin to replace some of the large 20+ year old windows in our home. Thom was very knowledgable about their products and steered us toward Marvin Infinity fiberglass insert windows and also provided useful suggestions on window type--for example, suggesting a canopy window to replace side by side small casements in our kitchen.

He also met with us at the showroom after normal business hours, so that we could see the windows prior to signing on. Although everything is slow these days, our windows arrived in a reasonable timeframe, samples of stain matched fiiberglass material were provided for our approval, and the windows were installed in a few days (despite horrible weather that proved a significant challenege to the installers.

The installation crew (Chris V., Justin, and Kris R.) were awesome, installing our very large windows in a timely manner and with perfect appearance inside and out, and removing and replacing 9 large windows without damage or a mess left behind. Nobody would ever guess these are not our original windows. The match is perfect and it is impossible to know the inner stained fiberglass material is not wood.

I would definitely do business with them again (in fact, I am.we recently signed on for the replacement of the remaining 11 windows in our home!). I think Marvin Infinity may not be the cheapest windows in the world, but represent a great overall value, particularly when purchased and installed by Windows of Wisconsin!

Very professional from the sales person to the installation crew. We watched the crew leader install our windows. He was very particular and didn't move to a new window until everything was right. We recently had 17 windows replaced in our 100 year old home. We are extremely happy with the results. It was a large project that took the crew 4 days on site involving daily travel to Door County. Everyone was wonderful to work with. We experienced 5-star communication from start to finish. The street noise has been drastically reduced. The design of the new windows will allow for much easier cleaning. "I can see clearly now."

4/4/2022We were very impressed with Windows Of Wisconsin. The Sales Rep, Tom from the Kaukauna, WI, location had us sold. He was very knowledgeable about the products they carried from the most expensive to the least expensive and their quality. He wanted to make sure he sold us a great window that would meet our needs. Tom came to our home to see our window situation and worked up a quote the following week based on our selection.

He suggested we go to the Kaukauna showroom to show us exactly what we would be getting and make any changes if needed. That's exactly what we did and a new quote came via e-mail that very day. He did not pressure us into anything at all because he knew the expense of the project! Windows of Wisconsin, Kaukauna kept us very informed all along about the processing and time estimates for delivery.

The windows were installed VERY PROFESSIONALLY. Tarps were laid throughout the house to prevent any tracking from the outside. The guys always took off their shoes at the door when working in the house. They were so courteous and really nice to work with. We were so impressed with the installers, they cleaned everything up afterward and took our old windows and garbage away.

The Windows of Wisconsin group has been wonderful to deal with. The windows are beautiful and match the wood in my house perfectly. They found some rotted wood when putting the windows in and stopped everything to talk to me about it. This company is a class act and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to others!

I had 11 windows replaced in my house 2/2022. Salesperson was not pushy like others I met with. I believe a decent price for the windows - comparable to the others. Took 4 months to get them, a couple weeks before they thought. Kept me up to date on the whole process. Install was awesome, couldn't even tell they were here. On the last day, contractors showed me how to use them and all the features. Then salesman comes out to look at everything a few days later. Very impressed with the whole process. Not a cheap project but they were awesome! Love my new windows!

WofWI is the best company for windows! Previous replacement of 9 double-hung windows in a previous home saved us so much in utility bills! Recent installation team of Mike & Corey were awesome! The install in a non-windowed wall is seamless-you cannot tell inside/outside the installers were even here! Supervisor Rick stopped by as installation was completed to verify all was going well. The initial consultation was very relaxed and no pressure. Jamie worked with us to use a mix of windows to get the price where we wanted and met us at the showroom to answer our questions and show us our options. It took a little time to get the color matching just right, but it was worth it. The installers were professional and detail-oriented and worked around my work-at-home schedule. Zach gave me options as the install was in progress and made sure that every window opened and closed smoothly. They answered my questions and were very efficient. Windows of WIsconsin is the ultimate professional provider of Marvin Windows and installation of them. They gave us a great price on a new patio door, exactly the door we wanted. Trim was perfectly stain matched to our existing trim. The installers did a perfect job inside and out. The even put down cloth runners and big pads to protect our floors. You will get the best products, best price and best installation service. And besides all that, they are fun to work with.

My husband and I are in the middle of a big house reno. New roof, siding and windows! We were referred to WOW by our roof/siding installer. WOW replaced 10 windows, 2 bay windows and installed a patio door for us and I am THRILLED with how everything went. Karl, the original salesman we worked with, is SUPER DUPER friendly and professional! He understood exactly what we wanted and quoted us incredibly fair prices.

We later ended up working with Carl, the owner, who was also just as great to work with! The communication with WOW is top notch! They continued to update us on the window ordering status often and had everything installed in the time frame we needed, which we are so grateful for! The two install techs were super friendly, patient with our dogs who wanted to constantly say hello, very professional and informative! They cleaned each window after install, made sure the trim fit perfect, nail holes were filled and cleaned the area they worked in as well. The ONLY negative we experienced was the front desk lady we spoke to in person and on the phone is not the friendliest. Other than that, we are incredibly happy and thankful for Windows of Wisconsin and proud to give a 5-star rating!

Patrick Richard, our salesman, was very helpful and thorough. The price of the windows was reasonable, and they came a few weeks earlier than expected. Our installation crew did an outstanding job. I know the installation took twice as long as anticipated (our house presented some technical challenges), but they didn't cut corners and rush the job.
