Bad company! Do not do business with them. The price is cheaper but they don't deliver your products as expected and you have to pay in full up front. Don't deal with these people! They lied to me and told me the products are on the way. I waited all day it didn't arrive. Bottom line is don't deal with them! You will not saving at the end but stress for not getting your jobs done for your customers. They even told the delivery guy to lie to you about the date of the delivery.

I had to make a return of product. It was smooth and easily done. Well spent time

Why is it so hard to get this business to value customers time and energy? Everytime I have been to this place they have displayed the nastiest customer service ever in my life, an employee hot a customer with a forklift, then has the nerve to have an attitude with the fella being upset that he was hit

Terrible customer service. Was asked to show up in person (we live 30 minutes away) as walk-ins take priority according to them. They jotted down some notes and promised an email the next day with a quote. It's now 3 days later and haven't heard anything since, despite multiple calls from us. Taking our business elsewhere

This place have great receptionist and great prices however there warehouse crew is terrible they are very unprofessional they be yelling to one another have no safety precautions. They had me waiting for 2 hours for just one door which no one care to look for until i had to ask the receptionist for the third time which was absolutely ridiculous, overall I am taking my business somewhere thnx.

Some warehouse employees do not deliver the material completely, ask for a copy of the delivery

Tried to get pricing on specific items. Didn't want to look things up for me, and didnt' take the time to listen to what I wanted or need. It was hard conversation to even have. Talked fast and tried to talk over me. Recep has an attitude. Going elsewhere.

Customer service is really good, i have great experince from last 5 years, really appriciate our sales person Sandy, highly recommended for your future house interior doors, millwork, stairparts and hardware.

Good prices, good people, but their customer service is a disaster. I worked with this company around 2 years and I had different problems I'd say almost always. But the last order when I ordered 3 types of baseboards, it was a really BAD experience. They had me to come 3 or 4 times to pick up my materials, I couldn't pick them up all in one time, it was impossible to reach out the person in charge to check what's going on and my last time, when I came to pick all baseboards again, I was notified that they didn't have the 3rd type of wooden baseboard.

Costumers/staff DO NOT WEAR MASKS. some staff was wearing masks when I picked up, some were not. Phone and email customer service were great but I had no problem with my door. Didn't tell me my order was delayed until I called but I was happy with the service before the pickup experience where I was afraid of COVID exposure.

My husband and I were pretty much regulars at A1 doors in Kent. Up until they messed up m our order. We went in to purchase door casing, same kind we had purchased in a previous order, the lady that helped us told us she was new so she asked for help to locate our previous order. then she found it. We placed the order, paid, loaded and drove back to our job site 2 hours away.

When we made it there we realized they gave us the wrong sizes. we called in and told them and the lady that answered didn't let me talk, she constantly talked over me, saying it was my fault for not checking. I'm assuming it's their job to give me the correct material I ordered! Ok, whatever, she said bring it in and we will exchange it with no restocking fees, which I EXPECTED, since they messed up not us. Went in the following Tuesday.

My husband talked to a lady (wish I had gotten her name!) who again wouldn't stop talking over my husband, all we were asking for is for the correct material. Well they made us pay. such a big fuss. all they could have done was apologize for the mistake and fix it. y'all should have a damn manager on duty every day to resolve issues instead of having sales people disrespect regular customers. I thought that this situation could have been handled so different and PROFESSIONAL. Honestly I don't recommend this place.

Bad policy returns I buy a new door my client did want that door l bring back to that place to return they didn't want to return I want to talk to the manager and they say no manager here Very bad experience

A1 Doors is the absolute best! We've been working with Kirpal and his team for the past 18 years. They're honest people with some of the best prices around! A1 Doors sells millwork, stairs, hardware, doors. etc, with more new inventory with time. Although they have recently changed their conditions that you have to come in with a contractor to buy anything from them (which is totally understandable)!

They will beat any home improvement store price and their quality of product some of the best, I highly recommend buying from A1 Doors and will continue to do business with them!

Very poor customer service. Would not recommend. Your time and money is better spent elsewhere.

Please check your doors, some of our closet doors were warped and we couldn't tell until we hung them. By then it was too late to return as we paid to paint them and install - super upset

The prices is good (not best), but the mistaken measurements and me driving back and forth 4x was annoying. The hours that are noted through google are also incorrect which I found out after having driven to the store and turned away at the closed metal gates.

Absolutely horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. When we walked in, only two people were working in there. No other customers in sight and neither of the women working even acknowledged my family. They completely ignored us. Not even a hello. About 5 minutes went by and we just walked out! One of the contractors working outside even came in and said said "hey you guys know you have customers here right?" And they still didn't acknowledge us! Horrible horrible horrible customer service. We will not be getting our baseboards and molding through A 1 Doors. I'll take my checkbook somewhere else!

So my mother sister and I were checking this place out for the home they just bought, we walked in and got dirty looks from both women in the store they did not greet us or even speak to us. They had closed 30 minutes before we got there and we had no idea, they could have at least said that they were closed and should have locked the front doors. Any form of talking to customers is obviously not their strong suit.

Fast, professional, easy to work with. I love my doors and the trim. Very responsive when I call. Delivery was seamless. Millwork options were fantastic. We're so happy. Would highly recommend.

I ordered 20 doors and trims from A1 Doors. It took them one week to deliver which is fine. 5 of the double closet doors were 10" bigger than we have ordered, so I called our sales lady Sandy for an exchange. They didn't have all 5 in stock, we were able to exchange 3 that week, and 2 the following week. 3 doors came fine, however the other 2 doors came not "pre-hung".

The delivery guy claimed this is the new way to deliver as it is easier to move. I have to contact the store again as my contractor refused to install them. After two weeks and more calls, they finally get the order right! It took almost two months to get all the doors, and my remodel progress has been delayed. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
