Terrible customer service. I bought 7 doors and it took me 45 mins for them to bring them out to my truck. Laziness of the laziest people I've ever seen.

I frequent this location A lot! I have to say our company K10 Construction does a lot of purchases here & every time they have been so helpful & knowledgeable! They have had everything I needed in stock and ready! Can't tell you how important that is in this field! BUT 2 people really stuck out and went above and beyond their normal work load.

Mark & Miguel were so Friendly, Helpful and a life saver! They are always pretty busy and even when they are they STILL take extra time and help me ( I'm a woman) with straps and getting it secure in my truck bed. I'd be lost and frustrated if it weren't for the taking time to really help someone instead of sending them on their way to figure it out yourself! Trust me a lot of companies do that! But not this place! This is why I will be a loyal customer for years to come! Thanks guys for ALL YOUR HELP

Great prices on windows but also doors, baseboards, sinks, and granite. Helpful staff.

Best price around for windows! If your able to do the labor yourself this is definitely the way to go! Will definitely be back for any future window and door needs!

No immediate help. When a lady ask, Do you need help? I looked at her and said maybe. It was as if we were interrupting. But they have some good stuff. Windows were nice.

The manager Brandon was the kindest person ever! He was so helpful! I was looking at doors and didn't have a question at first but then when I asked a passing staff members they gave me attitude. Brandon was quick to make me feel better and gave me a deal on the doors and windows just for the inconvenience. Will continue to do business and send referrals over! Great place for windows and doors! We used their Ins stock windows to replace all of the original windows in my rental and they are so much better! They have a lot of in stock standard size dual pane affordable windows. I've found it's best to order windows in person if the ones you need aren't in stock. They also have awesome front door and interior doors as well!

I'm an Interior Designer and my husband has built custom homes for over 20 years. I'm personally impressed by what Window Depot offers. We had a very professional experience with the Custom Cabinet Design staff. Make an appointment so you don't have to wait. They are very busy because they have the best prices in the valley but I found the service to be terrific!

Have been there a few times over the past few months to purchase doors and trim for a home remodel. They have great prices but definitely a challenge to purchase anything from here. Horrible customer service! Our last visit we ended up walking out and went to another door and baseboard place down the street that was the about the same price or cheaper! Not planning on going back.

They have horrible service. Never go there. They will not take responsibility for the actions of their employees. I order a window they did not load it correctly and it cracked and they did not refunded my money nor replace the window. Go somewhere else. Will never be going back.

I drove across town to find that the window depot is a total waste of time. No social distancing despite the sign on the door that they practice it. They have a very small selection of low end doors and windows and cannot/ will not special order. They don't have a single door over 6'8 tall. Don't waste your time.

We've purchased windows with this company before, I referred them to my niece because the price was so good. Little did I know that they would not replace one of the windows that was defective. I would not recommend them again!

For my latest remodel project I decided to go with The Window Depot for all the Windows and doors throughout my project. I had bids from other vendors but The Window Depot was able to price match the lowest order. Last week I was told a Fireguard door for my garage would be arriving. When Brandon the manager found out it somehow didn't make it on the the truck, he called me to inform me that he would personally pick it up from their Tucson location and deliver to my project sight. Although a couple days behind schedule, I appreciated the above and beyond effort to fulfill the order ability to work with me on price matching.

I purchased all windows and doors for my new home here about 4K worth. I'm happy with the product however the sales people lack any real customer service. Rude comes to mind almost if as the customer is a bother. I did try several different sales people hoping for better service, nope. They all seemed to have the same snide attitude. unfortunately I ordered several windows at different times, So I had to come back to get the same brand.

On a positive note It is easy to shop here. Luckily half way through my house build I met Robert. He has been excellent to work with. I only would deal with him to finish my build. I literally left once because he wasn't working and came back to order my last windows. Thank you Robert! The other sales staff should follow his sales ethics lead.

Store looks pretty awesome. Front desk people are true idiots! Went in looking for professional help and I got McDonald's quality service. So frustrating. I don't typically write reviews but I am literally writing this in the stores parking lot. I walked in ready to spend $1500 bucks. Nope won't happen. Home Depot here I come. Maybe 1500 bucks is no big deal to them but it is to me!

So about a month out from my order date and i am still waiting for my window. Communication with staff on status on my window is horrible no one can seem to give me a straight answer on when it will come in. Went to go get a window special order and they were the wrong sizes they had to redo it 2 times and still wouldn't get it right. Very poor customer service also just wanted the glass and now say they discontinued that since December when I got one made two months ago hmm Never again!

VERY POOR Customer service. We ordered a window and paid for it. I went to pick up the window the next day and NO ONE had put the window aside. There were NO WINDOWS in stock when I got there. Had to wait one hour before someone who knew what they were doing to help me. she said she would get a window from a different location and have it there 2 days later.

I called to make sure that happened before I wasted my time again and of course THAT NEVER HAPPENED. In fact they said I already picked up the window! ALSO when I called the guy on the other end of the phone was VERY RUDE and short with me on the phone.

First I will say, great employees. Prices, same or slightly less than Lowes depending on doors. My biggest issue, it is PHOENIX in summertime and apparently the owner knows 3 of the coolers don't work, but is ok with that. He is making enough money and busy enough that he doesn't care to fix them. And I'm are not even talking a/c, I'm talking evap coolers that you can replace for $700.

I understand this is a warehouse, so is Lowes, so is Home Depot (and guess what? They have real a/c) It was 115 today. Ridiculous! I was already there, so I went ahead and bought the doors, but you can believe I will be in Lowes next time.

They had the size of windows we needed in stock and ready immediately. The prices were better than at the big box stores and they were more knowledgeable than the sales staff at those places as well. The windows were of good quality and look nice.

I purchased quartz countertops in late 2017. I was happy with the price and initial service, however everything else lacked. The installer who was recommended by Window Depot, Pedro was not a great communicator. He missed the instal date and rescheduled then needed my sink for cutting at a moments notice. At the instal we all realized he didn't understand we had a slide in range.

It took TWO months to get him to correct the issue. In addition my undermount sink is not cut or mounted correctly (it's off center) and the area behind my stove does not match the rest of my counter. You might be wondering how Window Depot helped me. they didn't. I called several times asking for them to reach out to Pedro with no support. This is why I am reviewing Window Depot and sharing my experience with Pedro. My counter is beautiful but don't look too close.

Called over the phone to get an estimate on a large door. It has been 2 plus months and I have not received a straight answer on the price and details of the door they are recommending to replace mine with. Their quotes are generic to say the least. After going back and forth with a sales associate I asked for a manager and explained how things have taken way to long and I need a straight answer.

He apologized and said "We are really busy". Wow. The manager gave me the same horrible service as the associate. I still to this day do not have a price and my questions answered. Very disappointed. Never felt like a valued customer and have decided to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend them.

Worst customer service ever! I walked in and there were no customers inside. There was a guy with a laptop and asked me what I wanted. I told him I needed 2 windows and he told another guy if he could help me, the other guy said he had to make a call. So they told me to wait, so there I am waiting to make a purchase and there are 3 guys and a woman just there talking about other stuff.

Finally the guy after making the call helped me but didn't even apologize for the wait nor he seemed to care to want to help me. It took 15 business days for the order to be ready (they told me 10). They called me to pick it up and the same guy that helped me last time took about 15 minutes to find my paper work. He kept asking for my name because he couldn't find the order.

He finally found it but again no apologies for taking so long, didn't give me any thanks for making a purchase there, nothing. Stay away from this place, they do not appreciate your business.

Place has extremely competitive prices on windows and doors. Yes. DOORS. Go check them out before you hit up Home Depot or Lowe's. Also the customer service is pretty awesome. Several people asked if we needed assistance. Very impressed.

We've bought most of our windows from them and we are very satisfied. We won't go anywhere else, the windows are of good quality and at a very good price. We are going back soon for the rest of our windows to finish our home. The service there is great. We recommend everyone buys windows from them, you'll be glad you did.
