It was an absolute pleasure to work with Olathe Glass from start to finish on the install of a beautiful smokey glass back splash in our downstairs bar area. They were great communicators, punctual, and paid attention to detail while providing an awesome product at a fair price. Highly recommend!

I had a few people recommended this company and I'm so happy that they did. From initial order, to pick up, I couldn't be happier. Three custom cut pieces of glass. All pieces were cut to the precise sizes, edged, and polished to perfection, fast turn around time. Absolutely perfect! Great prices too. Everyone I dealt with was very polite, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend Olathe Glass.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness My husband and I went to Olathe Glass on Fri Oct 1st in the morning looking for someone to cut a mirror for 4x 6. The lady was so rude and acted like we were a bother. She said "I guess I can go get a price" we just looked at each other and walked out. No good customer service anymore

We ordered a custom mirror from Olathe Glass to replace a broken one on a piece of furniture. Fair pricing and a quick turnaround time. Very friendly staff! I highly recommend this business and if I ever need a custom mirror or piece of glass in the future, I will definitely go to OG!

The double pane window glass in four of my home windows had fogged up. I had a LOT of trouble finding businesses to provide a quote to replace the glass, and the only one that responded was crazy expensive. I'm handy enough to remove the fogged glass and replace it with new, so I worked with Olathe Glass to measure them and get replacements ordered.

The new glass arrived in about two to three weeks for a fraction of the cost of new windows and also the cost of installed replacement glass. At the same time, I was looking to get new shower glass installed in a remodeled bathroom. Jarod came out to measure and design the shower enclosure and sent a quote. Based on my experience with Olathe Glass, I accepted the offer.

A few weeks later, Jarod and his helper came by and installed the shower glass. Jarod is a true craftsman and fussed to make sure everything was perfect. We're thrilled with the results and recommend Olathe Glass to our friends and family.

Strange place. Weirdest Covid warnings yet! And the rudest most unpleasant women to wait on you West of Mississippi. I came in for help to get a small piece of tinted glass for a project and was treated like a peasant they had no time for. Then told what I wanted was " cheap" at $100. "Whoah. These people need a lesson in being half decent humans. I swear they all had bad case of hemorrhoids or just hate men. or both. Who owns this place?

Olathe Home Decor is a hidden gem! They have a wide assortment of beautiful home decorations and adorable giftables at very reasonable prices. The owner, Rebecca, and her staff are super helpful and friendly, too. Highly recommended!

We always stop by this business in the spring and fall every year. The business is decorated beautifully and they have many unique gifts, holiday pretties, and home decor items. We typically get ideas for our home decorating by paying this business a visit. They also installed our bathroom shower doors that we love for their simplicity and great look. I highly recommend and I'm sure you will leave with an item or two after visiting here.

If you are shopping in their home decor section, be aware of their SHORT return policy before purchasing big ticket items. I recently purchased two large, expensive mirrors for my master bathroom. These were purchased prior to the completion of the project. I was excited and thought they would be perfect. My tops and faucets were supposed to go in that next week so I could hang them, but install was delayed due to Covid-19.

Once tops and faucets were finally in, the mirrors just weren't right for the space. Little did I know, I only had a week to return them. Apparently this is posted next to the register and it was up to me to make sure my eyes noticed this as I was purchasing. The right thing to do would be to VERBALLY INFORM every customer at checkout that they only have 7 days to return. Had the unfriendly lady checking me out that day (not the lady that helped me load.she was super nice) made me aware of this policy, I likely would have waited to purchase.

I understand (after reading the return policy on the website) that they have been burned in the past. I agree that It is pretty sketchy of people to buy stuff for a party, use it and return it. My situation is certainly different and it's unfortunate they can't make exceptions for people like me. I even would have accepted a credit to use for custom glass, but apparently that isn't allowed either.

We had them install our shower door and it's beautiful and the install was free of any issues. I likely would have used them for my sons future shower door, but now I will be looking elsewhere. The have beautiful things in their store, but my advice is be sure it's absolutely 100% what you want before you buy it!

I stopped in with very small repair for a small candle holder. Needed 3 small about 4" x 6" or so, satin glass pieces. They said the minimum cost would be $34.00 for the satin or $24.00 for clear glass. I went to Westlake Hardware and they found some remnant pieces and cut them for me. No charge! Olathe Glass had no interest in helping me with my small repair. After all I'm just one customer. Says something about the company.

Great product, great price. Shattered a glass insert on a table, about 2'x3.5', and needed a customer replacement. After calling around a bit, Olathe Glass Co came in more than 50% lower than local competition. I ordered on Saturday, 2/8, and received a text on the morning of Wednesday 2/12. 3 business days out of the 3-5 business days I was quoted. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

My sister-in-law, Janna, took me here last time I was up in Kansas City. (She runs a frame shop in nearby Overland Park, and often does business with the owner of Olathe Glass.) I loved the cleanliness and wide selection of merchandise, but was especially taken with the store's array of Trapp Candles, my favorite brand. Major compliments on a clean, well run, locally owned, and VERY friendly business!

I have shopped with Olathe Glass at shows and in the store for decor and shower doors over the past 15 years. Usually a good to decent experience but today I had the worst customer service experience and will never buy from them again. Item I was buying rang up less than the ticket price but the cashier would not honor the price and went into the system to manually change the price.

It was only $5.00 but she was so rude and nasty. It was insulting since I had just spent $150 at the Holiday show in their booth. Im not certain but this action could be illegal it was for sure unethical. We are getting ready to remodel our master bath and I sure won't buy my $2000 shower door from them.

Scott installed my chrome bathtub sliding door today. I am very pleased with the quality of the product itself, and it had been pre-cut to fit based on the estimators information. Scott performed the installation quickly and efficiently and was very conscientious about the quality of his workmanship. The entire process from my first store visit to the installation took only a week. A final thought, the store customer service personnel were helpful and responsive to my product and installation questions. It is a first class operation throughout.

Had various glass work done--mirrors and cut glass for shelves. A little pricey but the quality of materials, workmanship and timing was very good.

Olathe Glass is a hidden gem if you are looking for seasonal home decor. They have such a fun display in the store from the floor to the ceiling. The prices are affordable and many items are unique. You won't be greeted by anyone, but once you've decided on a purchase and go to the register, they are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a home decor shop.

Bad customer service. Over 5 weeks and no one has call us to tell us about are order. Went to Olathe glass last week and ask when are order would be ready and was told they do not know and had no way of telling when it would be ready.

We have purchased tempered glass for a desktop and a custom mirror from Olathe Glass. Had some issues with some sizing, but they took care of it. Good place but they have a bad flow in their space. The customer space is cramped yet behind the counter is open. They need a bigger space.

This place is a deorators dream, and mine haha. I know absolutely nothing about decorating, NOTHING I TELL YOU! Not only does this store make custom glass and mirrors, but they have a boutiquey showroom, and the main color is green!
