Raynor Garage Door

We have waited since August of 2021 to have a damaged panel replaced. They ordered the wrong part twice, each one taking several months to arrive. A panel that fit but was the wrong color was installed and painted to "sort of match" for a "temporary" solution. Raynor told us to wait again for a panel of the right size and color from the factory, as we had paid for long ago. More recently, when we called, we were told they have no record of an order for a third panel that matches. The sales supervisor does not return our voice mail messages.

Very responsive, on time, did a great job installing the garage door opener. I'm so pleased. Would recommend!

Very knowledgeable technician. He came all the way up to St. Joseph, MO which I know it a bit of a drive out of the way. He was there within the time frame we were told. He walked us through what kind of garage door we have and general specs that we didn't know as well as advised us on better home owners warranty's to purchase in the future. We just recently bought our home in July so it was nice to get some information on what we have for a door and opener system.

At this time our only issue was getting the sensors realigned but if anything bigger should break down in the future or we need a new door I will definitely be calling Raynor Garage Doors.

My experience was fabulous. I had a unique project for the garage doors as I was converting a shipping container into a pool house. Mike came out three times to verify that I had created the right opening for my glass garage doors. The installation crew did a great job as well. I would give you six stars if I could. A special thank you again to Mike for all his attention to detail.

Raynor put some much needed new insulated garage doors in our home in Shawnee. The installer was great and noticed that one of the panels had been slightly damaged and said that a new panel would come in a month or so. Yesterday, they came out and put in the new panel. The work was professional and quick. We are very happy with our new doors and Raynor. Thanks!

Worked with Mike Guthrie on picking out some garage doors and openers for our new home. Mike was very knowledgeable, and took the time to show us all of our options when we visited the showroom.
