The Superior door service has an exceptional staff and service technician. Lance came out to the house and carefully inspected the two openers and was able to repair both openers rather than replace each. He was a true professional service repair person. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service.

This is the first time I have used Superior Door Service Company. We had a squirrel that got trapped in our garage, and trying to get out, it ripped out an electrical component to our garage doors making them non functional. I called to set up an appointment and talked with McKayla. The service was fantastic! Working full time, and long hours, it is difficult to find a service these days that will work with your schedule.

The service man arrived on time, was friendly, and fixed the problem quickly/efficiently. I will definitely use Superior Door again, and highly recommend this company. I give this company a big 5 stars!

From start to finish this whole process was incredible. We were given all of our options for a new garage door and chose the one that was perfect for our house. Our garage door open was on the fritz and we finally called Superior to come out and replace it. We've worked with them before and they always exceed expectations and this experience was no different. They were able to get us in quickly and Zach, our technician, was great. He installed a keypad opener for us and after trying to set it up with our other garage door opener found a security issue. He was able to shift his schedule to get the other opener replaced as well. Superior Door Service has excellent customer service: In one instance a year ago, the tech who answered the phone talked me through a task, saving me the cost of a visit. On the most recent occasion, Darren arrived early, completed the work efficiently and was a a great communicator. Thank you!

I had Superior Door Service install a new garage door and opener in my home. The cost was much less compared to other estimates I received and the quality of the door is excellent. The technicians took the old door, rails, springs, etc and cleaned up after themselves once the installation was complete. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I can't recommend them enough.

Great service and very professional. I spoke with Mike to schedule a repair on my garage door and he had somebody there the same day. My wife received a call before the visit to tell her when the technician would arrive and that he would be driving a company truck and wearing a company uniform. The work was done quickly and the door now works better than before. I would highly recommend working with Superior Door Service.

Zach came to my home today to change out the spring to one of my garage doors. My setup was sort of out of ordinary, but he got the spring installed just fine. The most impressive part, though, came when the door was not sealing correctly at the bottom. He worked and worked, drilling some new holes to make adjustments until the door was sitting. perfectly where it should be (and this was after I had told him it didn't have to be perfect). Twenty-two year old Zach gives me hope for the future. Diligent, hard-working, professional, and a desire to do good work. Superior Door Service, you've got a good one! Thank you, Zach!

What a great service company. They spent 17 minutes on the phone with me today diagnosing my problem with my garage door remote openers and walking me through the solution. It doesn't get any better than service like that. This company is the best. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest.

Great service! Kevin came out and gave me an estimate for a couple of different doors. After I decided which one I wanted, they immediately got the order placed. Once my door came in, they worked around my schedule for the installation date. On the day of installation, Terry arrived promptly. He was very friendly and worked quickly. Once the install was completed, he reviewed everything with me and gave me preventive maintenance tips to extend the life of my door.

Prior to leaving he made sure all trash and debris had been cleaned up. This company and it's employees made buying a new garage door a pleasant experience. I will recommend them to everyone!

I would highly recommend Superior Door Service! I called this morning a little after 8 am, Melvin arrived at 9:07 am. I showed him a cable that I thought was broken. Melvin let me know at 9:50 am he was finished and that he also lived and tightened the bolts on my 3rd car garage door as well. No new parts needed all for their basic rate! Awesome!

We have enjoyed our new garage doors for a week now. So quiet, our garage is warmer and I can't believe we waited so long (and so many broken springs) to do this. Glad we upgraded to belt drive. Kevin was our awesome salesman, Melvin and Terry installed, great guys.

I had a wonderful experience when I had Superior Doors out for maintenance - how often do you hear that about a service call? The professional who came, David, was efficient and thorough in checking/fixing a problem I had. He was able to service 2 doors and fix my problem in one hour so the bill was not more than anticipated. But best of all, he. was a thoroughly likable person who made my good day even better with his positive attitude. Thank you for sending a service pro who was more than competent; he was a "nice guy" and as he walked away in the frigid weather he was whistling!

My overhead garage door wouldn't shut. These guys came out and fixed it plus adjusted my 2nd door. And, I needed a remote that we broke along the way and they programmed and sold me a new one very reasonably priced while they were here. Arrived within a couple hours of calling them. Plan to call them in the future. Highly recommend!

I have a 20 year old or so side entry dual garage door. Due to an unfortunate accident while backing out of garage I managed to dislodge door from actuating arm thingy. Needless to say I was resigned to having to put a whole new door system in I found Superior via Angies List. They were very well reviewed. These guys did not disappoint. I had a technician out fast, even showed up a tad early.

The technician had over 20 years experience, had seen just about any door you could think of. He got right to work, found creative solution to fix the door I had vs trying to sell a new one, fixed my damaged door and did a routine maintenance, and got it all done for less that estimate. Would highly recommend Superior and plan to use them for all my garage door issues, hopefully there will be few.

Called to make an appointment to repair our garage door opener and the gentleman who answered asked if I could go down to the unit and answer a few questions about it. Less than five minutes later, he had diagnosed and FIXED the problem over the phone! I will definitely call these folks back if and when I experience door opener problems in the future. My garage door broke so I came on yelp looking for help. I'm not sure why I picked this place but I am glad I did. At first I was hesitant to have them work on my door as the person that came looked to be about 18. Boy am I glad I let them work on it. Within 45 minutes they had my springs replaced new weathering on and all the rollers oiled and ready to go. I would highly recommend Superior Door service to anyone as I had an excellent experience with them.

Not knowing who to call when one of the cables broke on my garage door I started checking the internet and contacting my friends for suggestions. After a few searches I found the International Door Association (doors.org) which provided a search capability to locate local dealers. A quick check of my zip code found Superior Door Service. Not only were they close but also "Accredited" - not sure what that means but I need my door fixed so I called at 8:00AM.

Two rings later I was scheduling an appointment for repair with a real live human. Allen, the technician, arrived at 10:36 and promptly went to work. Since I am of an inquisitive nature I wanted to see how he would make the repair so I watched. Allen was great answering all of my questions and also provided me with some information on what to look for to prevent any future problems.

After replacing the cables he checked all bolts and lubed up the opener. It sounds brand new. Very professional job and at a very reasonable price. Oh - I got two replies back from my friends about their suggestions after I had set up an appointment. One was for Overhead Door who I talked to once before when my wife took out the bottom door panel with the minivan several years back - they wanted a small fortune. The other - it was Superior Door.
